It was so easy to order and I loved the testimony about all the hard work, Faith, Trust in God that this family has in there business. Our world needs more people this.. I can't wait to receive my order I am Diabetic and it is so hard to find something refreshing that is not full of sugar.

The amount of goodness in this product is amazing. The taste is comparable to Kool aid, but add no sugar, clean green tea caffeine. I love these teas, and now they're giving back to help that's a company I get behind

When I ordered Loaded Tea, I wasn't sure what to expect - but it was amazing!! I just hope I got enough to last until I place my next order!! I contacted customer service because part of my order hadn't arrived - OMGosh, I will order again & again just because of their customer service! They were kind, helpful & so pleasant! With their help, I did find my order - but their willingness to make it right if I couldn't find it, just made my heart happy!!

The flavors are great! I don't pick my flavor for the day, i just gram, mix, & go! I don't have the mid afternoon crash. My digestive health has improved. Customer service is spot on! I emailed a question on a Sunday evening and got a response in just a little while

I ordered from the Loaded Tea Shop after learning about them on Facebook. I was a bit skeptical at first, but once they arrived and I tried a few flavors, I was hooked!! I've found a few favorite flavors and am always eager to try the next one.

Loaded Tea has replaced coffee for me. I used to have a cup every morning, but I had to add milk and sugar to it, so that I could actually drink it. I was only drinking it for the caffeine, definitely not the taste. Loaded Tea has a better version of caffeine, plus vitamins, which is an added bonus. It also helps keep me hydrated, which coffee does not do.

My experience dealing with the company itself has been wonderful. I can't say enough about their kind Customer Service staff and how helpful they were when my local post office lost my first order.

This company takes me back to a time where neighbors all knew each other, we had backyard neighborhood Barbecues and in home parties with all our friends!! Customer service is Excellent! The teas are fun and fruity and so refreshing!! Please give them a try, you will be so blessed and happy you did! Amazing people!! Amazing drinks!!

The loaded teas are delicious. I've stopped drinking coffee altogether. The teaa are a much healthier option and I don't feel jittery at all. I've tasted almost every flavor, Frog Spit is definitely my favorite 😍 All are loaded with refreshing flavors.

I’ve tried several flavors from The Loaded Tea Shop, and honestly they all had the same issue for me — a very powdery, almost chemical taste. It doesn’t come across like real tea at all, more like a mixed energy drink.

The packets also didn’t go as far as advertised, and a few of mine arrived hard as a rock. To their credit, they did replace them at no extra charge, which I appreciated.

After doing some research, I also found that despite being marketed as “healthy,” these are really just energy drink-style mixes with artificial ingredients, not true health teas.

Overall, it’s not something I’d enjoy as a regular daily drink. At best, it works as an occasional sweet treat if you’re just looking for a flavored energy boost—but it’s not a true tea experience, and not something I’d go out of my way to purchase again.

Fraud! Scamming people. Takes your money and doesn't send your packages and doesn't respond to emails or messages and doesn't give refunds. This company needs to be shutdown.

Loaded Tea keot coming up in my social media feeds and my favorite drink had been discontinued and I hadn't found anything to replace it, until now. The flavors are amazing, the cost is reasonable and with so many different varieties, it'll be impossible to get board with them. The energy boost that comes with it is just icing on the cake.

I am a new customer, have ordered twice now, because they’re delicious!! The second order, however, was supposed to arrive, and I was getting alerts from my Apple pay that the order was stuck somewhere in Georgia. I emailed Loaded Teas to ask if they had any ideas as to what I could do. They immediately emailed back apologizing, even though this was not their fault, did a reorder for me and gave me a % off my next order!! Amazing right?!! Not only do these teas have great flavor and have replaced my morning coffee, the customer service is top tier!!

Ordered over $60 of loaded tea and when I received them one of the packs had 2 leaking packets in the envelope. Two of them split down the seam on the back and just completely leaked all over the bag. So I took the two empty packets and tossed them and dumped out the blue powder that was at the bottom of the pack. Went to their Facebook page and let them know and they actually said that they wanted a picture of the 2 empty packets and the leaked powder lmao did they really think I was going the hang on to 2 empty packets and the loose powder in the pack long enough to take a picture of it. Normal people toss the packets and powder in the trash. They can clearly see I spent over $60. Instead of just replacing the 2 packets. Now, if I had complained that all of the packets had leaked and I wanted them all replaced then I would understand the reason for being suspicious and wanting a picture of all the leak to packets, but to not replace two, which would’ve set them back six dollars is a little ridiculous.

I learned about The loaded Tea from one of my friends, she brought it in to work this morning all I had was one sip (Fun dip) and I literally placed my order a few minutes later. The flavor did not taste watered down or overly sweet. The part where there are actual supplemental benefits is where they got me. I can’t wait for my order to arrive, looking forward to trying the new flavors.

Great products and over the top customer service!

I ordered the Loaded Tea, and after receiving I did more research on it. Although it had great testimonies, I discovered it was not for me being a Diabetic and other concerns with my health. I wanted to return them but, being the most gracious company they are I received a full refund, with no hassle and very kind regards. This company will try thrive into greatness because customer service and care is essential to them. It was not a right fit for me, but give it a try it could be a total game changer for you.

The product (the loaded teas) taste phenomenal and when a couple of the packets had seams that broke (could have occured in shipping), I reached out to The loaded Tea shop and they immediately sent replacements. They were prompt and kind with their responses. Definitely a great company who sells a great product and delivers amazing customer service.

First time I have bought any kind of loaded tea. I don't particularly care for the strong flavor(s) of the teas. I am not a fan of ice in my drinks, but realize you have to dilute these significantly as per instructions or they are very over powering flavor wise. The product itself is not bad, I am just not a fan of them. I don't get any kind of energy from these. Again, nothing against the company, I am just not fond of it.

Today yes baby today years old when this tea taught me a valuable lesson ...why didnt I order sooner...so yes I was miss impatient leaving a email that was answered in 10 mins saying we know your excited but its on the way and bam "Lexi" came to visit ...this taste amazing and put the biggest swag in my steps ....thank you so much
