The product (the loaded teas) taste phenomenal and when a couple of the packets had seams that broke (could have occured in shipping), I reached out to The loaded Tea shop and they immediately sent replacements. They were prompt and kind with their responses. Definitely a great company who sells a great product and delivers amazing customer service.

First time I have bought any kind of loaded tea. I don't particularly care for the strong flavor(s) of the teas. I am not a fan of ice in my drinks, but realize you have to dilute these significantly as per instructions or they are very over powering flavor wise. The product itself is not bad, I am just not a fan of them. I don't get any kind of energy from these. Again, nothing against the company, I am just not fond of it.

Today yes baby today years old when this tea taught me a valuable lesson ...why didnt I order sooner...so yes I was miss impatient leaving a email that was answered in 10 mins saying we know your excited but its on the way and bam "Lexi" came to visit ...this taste amazing and put the biggest swag in my steps ....thank you so much

I started ordering these based on a recommendation from a friend. I think I am on round 3 or 4 now! Love the flavors and customer service has been top notch!

Excellent customer service. My friend had sent a referral and the code didn’t work. I ended up placing the order and they still gave my friend the credit. They are very responsive to emails. Superior customer service.

The tea is so amazing, its refreshing and sweet. I dont feel heavy after drinking it or have a bad taste in my mouth i crave how good it is. And the customer service team is awesome and fixed my shipping issues right away!

Absolutely LOVE this company! Customer service is beyond what you find anywhere nowadays! I sent an email asking for help and was expecting to wait for 24 hours, nope I had a response in less than an hour! AND they took care of my problem ASAP! And the product? Well, absolutely delicious and I can’t stand anything sugar free, the aftertaste just ruins it for me but this is superb! I’m making my way through their entire list! Best company ever, I can’t say enough good about these folks!!!

I have STRUGGLED to get my fluid intake because I don't like the taste of any plain water (other than well water), sparking water was a no-go, gave up sodas years ago and basically resorted to herbal teas but still it was a chore. Constantly dehydrated. But The Loaded Tea Shop has changed my world, literally. I am obsessed. I e been on a holistic journey since the late 90s and these teas fit my lifestyle perfectly.
Haven't found a flavor yet that I didn't like. Hydration is no longer a problem and the knowledge that I'm doing something healthy for me in addition ks a plus.
Customer service is top tier. Delivery is fast. Love this company!

The loaded tea shop has the best loaded teas hands down. I've tried a few different strands of the loaded teas, and go back to the loaded tea shop. Their teas and flavors are amazing. Don't ever second guess ordering from them, because as soon as you do, one of the flavors will be sold out.

The flavors are the absolute best. I would rather have a loaded tea than soda pop. The shipping was fast and the customer service has always been the dest group of people. Always caring and kind.

I just received my order of Loaded Tea. I tried my first one and absolutely love it. Was was concerned it would spike my blood sugar, but it didn't. This will be my drink from know on! Love it!!

This is my first time ordering from them and I absolutely LOVE them already! There was a mix up in flavors, but I emailed them and heard back instantly, they sent out the new flavor for me already! I tried one of the flavors I did order and it is so delicious! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Truly amazing for finding these teas I would consume several alcohol drinks per day or five cans soda they’re just amazing. I’ve even quit drinking coffee. I carry a giant mug everywhere. It’s like my security blanket. I love this tea so much I spent hundreds of dollars worth every penny my complexion is clearer. I wake up in the morning clearheaded ready to start my day thank you loaded tease for changing my life.

We are on our second shipment!!!!! Love all the flavors and love the energy boost!!! We have our own little station set up with cups -lids -straws -pellet ice and water!!!!! So it’s as fun to make as it is to drink!!!!!!!

This product is amazing! I haven't had coffee since I received my first order. No fogginess, no jitters, just clarity and energy. Since drinking these teas, I've finished a few projects at home, and my next project will be clearing out my basement. Thanks for such a great product. Drinking my way through my 1st order to find my favorites to place my 2nd order.

I received my first order today! When I opened my package I noticed I was missing 2 teas. I emailed customer service with s picture showing what I ordered. They emailed right back and sent out my other two teas. I made 1 right away and it is so delicious 😋 I will definitely be ordering more asap!
