This is my first time ordering from them and I absolutely LOVE them already! There was a mix up in flavors, but I emailed them and heard back instantly, they sent out the new flavor for me already! I tried one of the flavors I did order and it is so delicious! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Truly amazing for finding these teas I would consume several alcohol drinks per day or five cans soda they’re just amazing. I’ve even quit drinking coffee. I carry a giant mug everywhere. It’s like my security blanket. I love this tea so much I spent hundreds of dollars worth every penny my complexion is clearer. I wake up in the morning clearheaded ready to start my day thank you loaded tease for changing my life.

We are on our second shipment!!!!! Love all the flavors and love the energy boost!!! We have our own little station set up with cups -lids -straws -pellet ice and water!!!!! So it’s as fun to make as it is to drink!!!!!!!

Somehow, one of our orders went missing And they replaced it immediately. The customer service was great

This product is amazing! I haven't had coffee since I received my first order. No fogginess, no jitters, just clarity and energy. Since drinking these teas, I've finished a few projects at home, and my next project will be clearing out my basement. Thanks for such a great product. Drinking my way through my 1st order to find my favorites to place my 2nd order.

I received my first order today! When I opened my package I noticed I was missing 2 teas. I emailed customer service with s picture showing what I ordered. They emailed right back and sent out my other two teas. I made 1 right away and it is so delicious 😋 I will definitely be ordering more asap!

I never received my order although the mail status indicated it was delivered. I contacted the loaded tea and within 30 minutes my order was resent. I was satisfied.

I made a mistake ordering. I emailed them and they made it right. Sent tea to the other mailing address, free of charge.
Great company and Great Customer service!!!

I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I was disappointed when I received my first order and found out it contained Sucralose, which, due to allergies, I can not tolerate. I emailed the company and within 12 hours, I had a very polite and friendly response and my money was refunded with no hassles. The response to my issue was prompt, and my refund was given quickly and easily. It is always a great reflection on any company when they care enough about their customers to address problems this smoothly and with this much care!

This is hands down the best loaded tea company, not for just the customer service which is awesome as well but also the products!! They truly taste the best and you can taste each flavor that is listed in them

Is this drugs? Ok, just kidding mostly. So I didn't order with any "tea" misconceptions, but rather as someone who likes a fun caffeinated drink and was spending too much money on commercial energy drinks.

The first flavor I tried (Fruit Rollup) was good, but I had the whole pouch with 32oz as recommended. I don't know if I'm a wimp or what but I guess 200mg of caffeine makes me actually vibrate and It was like I was my 12 year old self having redbull for the first time.

The second time I tried, I had half a pouch (Fun Dip) and got more of what I expected, I really refreshing caffeinated drink that didn't cause me to crash. So overall a good experience but unless you're used to consuming 180-200mg caffeine per drink, maybe start with 1/2 a pack.

PS. really good mixed with soda water.

I kept seeing this ad pop up for this drink. I thought to myself that this is probably just another scam. Well the more I watched and read the reviews, the more I wanted to try. So, I broke down and placed an order. Order arrived in 2-3 days, not long. I opened the package and the smell made me want to make a drink right away. My first drink was the fruit roll up. I made it, smelled amazing. Now the moment of truth....... took my first sip and let me tell you, I was HOOKED!!! These drinks are amazing!!! Everyone i ordered just kept getting better!!! I would recommend these drinks over any energy drink on the market!!! It takes 30 secs to make. If you are looking for something new with a great taste, the Loaded Tea Shop is the place to be!!!

I made an error ordering & didn't catch it until 2 days later, after shipment label was processed. I emailed my concerns (on a Saturday). Response was prompt (same day) & corrected my error without delay. Yes, my error... & they fixed it without question.

The quality of these drinks help me everyday, has helped me stop coffee, and I actually get benefits from it without leaving my home! Don’t get me started on the amazing flavors! As a type one diabetic they do not raise my sugars even without taking insulin🥹
