Faulty item returned - no refund
Very disappointed that a promised refund has not been processed, despite the return of the faulty jewellery more than 2 weeks ago. It has been received by the company because the parcel was tracked and I have signature proof to say it arrived on 14th Jan. What do I need to do to get this resolved!? I have sent multiple emails to 2 different email accounts and messaged on Instagram but to no effect. Everything so far has been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a chain bracelet in November and it was too small. So I have emailed them three times and messaged on Instagram and no one is responding. There’s no number to call (that I can find). Customer service is awful.

Disappointed
Ordered a necklace from here in gold, within 4 days the necklace had already started to tarnish so I returned the item back to the company using first class signed for delivery , there was a slight delay with the delivery which I alerted the company about + included proof of postage in the email
I was told they would get back to me once they received the item however they received and signed for it since the 11th of January and I haven’t heard anything from them
My experience with this company has been poor and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Scam company
I would give this company 0 stars! I got a necklace for Christmas with a heart and letter, the letter is plastic and the heart went black after wearing it for one day. The company are ignoring emails/dms and deleting my comments asking for a response from their posts, definitely a scam of a company and would recommend helping out other small businesses who will respect your purchase and not scam you.

Awful service. I ordered an item of jewellery Before Christmas, in time for Christmas delivery and it has not yet appeared. I have had no communication with the company, they are ignoring my emails and request for a refund. Avoid at all costs!!!

I bought a silver ring for my daughter for Xmas. The ring was sent immediately, and yet between me and my wife managed to believe it not delivered. Like the last few reviews note, I ordered a necklace as a Christmas present on 12 December. Delivery said 3-5 days, it arrived 20 days later and broken. I’ve emailed them about 5 times to ask for a refund, and they haven’t replied. This is a scam company

Order a leaving gift for a colleague
Order a leaving gift for a colleague, paid for 48hr delivery- 2 weeks and no delivery, no response to my many emails. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service or lack of!
Edited- finally got contacted and they couldn’t be more attentive and determined to get the bracelet to me in time for Christmas. Although it didn’t come gift wrapped as I had paid for I was appreciative that it arrived in time for Christmas. Ended up giving it to my daughter for Christmas as it was too late for original leaving gift. Upgraded to 4 star now issues has been resolved.
