They got it right!
Not impressed so far, I ordered a necklace on March 1st and has still not arrived. An email was sent on March 11th asking for an update to which I have had no response. Received a generic email this morning asking if I am happy with the product?!? Only reason for not giving 1 star at the minute is because I am hoping they will put this right.......they put it right....spoke to customer service and they sent out a replacement on a 24 hour tracked delivery. Thank you

Rubbish customer service and not great quality.
Have emailed company 3 times and had absolutely no response back. Really bad customer service. Bad quality too and misleading discriptions. Really saddened that a small company can't be bothered to deal with any issues or reply, even with a 'sorry-nothing we can do', but to leave a customer hanging with no contact is really unprofessional in this digital lockdown age! No excuse! Avoid!
