I asked for a gold necklace and got a silver one. The necklace is also plastic. I wouldn’t recommend your products or buy again.

I had brought an anklet for my niece at Christmas which was lovely so for Valentines on behalf of my husband I ordered myself the gorgeous silver heart on chain, it’s delicate and lovely!

Ordered 2 of the initial pendants for my granddaughters Christmas and I’m very pleased with the quality and price. I worked in the jewellery trade in the past and know what the trade prices can be so would be very happy to purchase from Embellish again.

I got some hoop earrings from this site and not only did they arrive super quickly but they looked great. I got some other pieces as well and I have to say that I'm really impressed with the quality for the price, I feel it's good value for money and I can't wait to see what else they sell.

DO NOT ORDER! horrendous customer service from this company.

Firstly, like other reviews I ordered a necklace on the 27/12/20 and this only arrived on the 07/01/20. It had only been sent 2nd class and my emails and Instagram message to query where and when it arrived were ignored.

When the necklace did eventually arrive, straight out of the envelope, it was snapped and broken at one end! I sent pictures and emailed the brand to only have been ignored AGAIN. They have also ignored me on their instagram page and have even DELETED my comments when I have asked someone to respond to me.

They are in breach of the consumer rights act and I will be taking this further.

My advice would be, do not order from here at all costs. This is a real shame as I purposely wanted to support a smaller business due to the impacts of Covid but with customer service like this WOW this company needs a lesson or 10.

I ordered a necklace in gold, they sent the silver. Once I responded they sent the gold one out and told me I could keep the silver one! Excellent customer service and very promp...products are great too...👍🏽
