Server is Unavailable. It has been for weeks, and all I get is "We're working on this". Have informed them that I am cancelling my service, which they have ignored.

Customer service is appalling, support is non-existant. If the server is up, it's mostly fine, but god forbid you encounter an issue as they do not provide any supporting information, take ages to respond, and pretty much ignore everything.

There is no way to delete payment details either.

Overall, avoid this scammy company and spend your money elsewhere.

Absolute garbage website, their customer service is very bad, i do not reccomend using this website. You cant delete your bank information from the web and you cant stop paying the service you acquired by yourself, you need to contact them and they give you 0 help. Ive been trying to stop my service for 3 months and they still charging me the money. ITS A SCAM.

I was charged 2 months worth of service after cancelation and they still didn't issue a refund.

It's good if you want a laggy server with 5 people online.
I used this hosting 1 year ago and the servers were not bad, but a week later nodes went down and were never fixed.
I decided to buy a VPS from them so I wouldn't have to care about the panel's uglyness and those things, but it turns out that they scammed me.
The VPS wasn't working and they offered me a dedicated server with more ram at the same price which is better but when I accepted the offer, they said they would expect to have it working in a few days, but weeks went on until I had the monthly fee, I canceled everything and said goodbye.
As I'm writing this in 2024, a year went on, and if they're better now I might give them another chance, and I doubt if they're better now. (probably not, we'll see)
