Scammers, the servers aren't as good as promised and the monthly suscription can't be cancelled, you gotta change the data of your credit/debit card

Now, I've been using TheMinecraftHosting for a far bit to have Minecraft Servers on and off. Recently I purchased a server on the 4th of September as much as it hurts me to say this but the support I had wasn't really the best I got left out of the loop after x amount of messages (I understand they are trying to fix a problem but I needed to know that the company didn't just run away with my money) Unfortunately was not getting anywhere after running around for about nearly 3 weeks I was finally able to get this sorted. The reason I have still given this review a high rating is because
1 you just won't find hosting anywhere as cheap as TheMinecraftHosting

2 as a programmer and IT tech support myself I do know that sometimes you will encounter errors that you or no one has ever seen before

They canceled my server without explanation after less then a week, i had spent over $150 USD on it and when i asked for a refund they declined it because it had "been over 24 hours since i paid for the server" i suspect they waited to do this so i could not refund it since they didnt tell me it was canceled and i had to make a ticket to ask! This is a total scam!

When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee"

I had a lot of servers hosted on various hosting companies but in this one i'm having the best experience with the support team, they're fast and polite, the best of the best.

Dashboard is not working

The Dashboard Doesn't work I had content Them on tickets they had a week without reply + there's some leggy on the server beacuse The ip is once for every server like the dashboard ip is same for the server can anyone d2os The Server And Get off. pls Do not Buy this even if is cheap

My friends and I have been renting a server from these guys for soon to be 2 months. In this time frame the server has been down for a WHOLE week, with them ignoring all the tickets send in and now later on, the server is down again for 4 days at the time of writing this review and so far they have ignored all tickets again. i cannot recommend this company as they are simply ignoring their customers. when the servers do work, it has been running mostly as expected, with minor lag mostly due to buying the cheaper package i presume.

Two weeks ago I have been waiting for a solution to a platform failure. They do not answer tickets. They do not inform. They steal your money.

I got the server and checked my email and there was nothing for the log in so I went to support to fix it and they did so in 1 Hour at 12AM EST! BUT then the next day I was trying to upload a Minecraft mod pack to the server and I kept getting a error so I went to support again and they never responded its been 2 days... Since they don't want to help me I just decided to go to a different host. the only good thing was the price with a code for 60% off.

This is a SCAM hosting
Dont buy nothing here, its just SCAM, once u purchase the service they dont send you nothing and you cant use it. If you send a refund ticket they dont answer. 8$ to the bin.

I had bought a server, and it never worked. Within 2 hours, I was already writing a refund request. I come back just after a couple hours to check on it, and it logged me out. I have tried every password under the sun and I tried to reset it but it will not work. Multicraft (which uses the EXACT. SAME. LOGIN.) still lets me login and view the server. The forgot password does not work either. At this point I literally don't know what to do.

Didn't even received server information. Won't give back refund

Servers are not good for hosting modpacks, I requested a refund within the 24 hour period and am now battling them over paypal for them to issue it. do NOT use this host as if you do any any issues they wait DAYS to respond to you.

I got a month of server and i only got to use it for 2 weeks. The support is HORRIBLE. i opened 2 tickets and got no response that could help me, they only told me it was a "node problem".
DO NOT BUY!

Stay away from this hosting service. I purchased a server for my friends and I to play but decided within 24hours to submit a ticket to request a cancelation and refund of my service. I did not get a response for 48 hours. I say 48 hours because they wouldn't have responded to me ever. They decided to respond to me only when I bring up a dispute on paypal. In the dispute they said that its been more than 24 hours so they cannot refund me. This website is a huge scam.
