As a first time buyer , buying a house has been very hard due to various set backs .

Lots of Adverse credit, self employment, and of course high house prices with equally high interest rates.

Luckily for me and my partner we come across Mark around a year ago when we wasn’t in a great position to proceed, however he was professional from the outset so I kept him in mind for future use.

Fast forward a year with abit more savings behind us , we was now in a Better position to proceed , so naturally it made sense to re approach Mark, from the offset he offered a personal approach,

often on the phone to me far longer then most people would have the patience for, and answering any queries via email
Promptly and thoroughly, these attributes was worth there weight in gold to me, as admittedly my brain works in overdrive and I don’t have much patience, so poor mark really did have his work cut out with my case!, when it come to finding us the right mortgage product he didn’t just choose the “easy option” or use the

“ guaranteed acceptance with ridiculously high interest rates Option “
which seems to be a very popular method, for a lot of incompetent brain dead people in this industry! going of past dealings with some of them.

Mark dug deep into our case and thought outside of the box and used his knowledge to obtain a very fair and affordable option for us given the current market conditions.

Alot of these mortgage brokers will just go , click , click , here’s your mortgage offer , now give me your money and clear off ,however the after care has been brilliant from mark , following up various questions and offering advice long after he’s been paid for his services.

So if your looking for a honest service from an experienced broker who really does know his stuff , then this is the right man you need for the job,

and if his company is reading this you should appreciate the work this man does, I work in a customer focused industry , dealing with distressed customers on a daily basis , so please understand that it’s people like this that will keep your company running successfully, every-time somebody has a bad experience 90% of the time they are quick enough to complain,However you’d be Lucky to get a 10% return on the good ones , even if you move mountains for people . So bare that in mind when you’re next doing your pay reviews ha ha .
