Giacomo and Andy were great at securing a larger mortgage so our family could move home, with a very quick turnaround for both a decision in priciple and full mortgage offer. I have been using them for nearly 10 years and it is always a good service.

I contacted mortgage but for some advice surrounding getting my first time mortgage and was able to speak to David! David was such a great help, explaining police mortgage benefits as well as information on shared ownership mortgage. The detail and information that he shared was so beneficial, though I didn’t chose to do continue with the process due to personal reasons I will defo be looking at getting a mortgage in principle from him in the future.

This is the third time we have gone to The Mortgage Hut as we have had a superb experience each time. David To and Natalie looked after us this time. David was very knowledgeable, clear and efficient and took us through a number of options, explaining the pros & cons each time. He found us a very good product, took us through credit checks, and gained us a mortgage in principle almost immediately, followed very quickly with a formal offer. The Mortgage Hut did it again for us!! A very personable and effective service. I rarely make recommendations tho’ I can happily unreservedly recommended The Mortgage Hut.

Complete lack of proactivity. I had to ask for updates more than once, even after completing my part in the portal. In the end, I think they gave up on me as they never followed up with what they said they would. I went elsewhere for a better and more affordable broker in the end.

Giac was extremely helpful, he came recommended by a family member when I was buying my first house. Giac explained everything to me in detail and really supported me on my house buying journey. So much so, I called Giac for me renewal a couple of years lated and have recommended him to other friends too. Thanks Giac!

I spoke to David To today as a preliminary chat to weigh up options about rate changes and remortgages. I was nervous and confused about the process before the call, and unsure of my options. Andrew was extremely kind and patient with me. I had many questions and deliberations on different options and he diligently explained the processes and options I didn’t know were available to me. I now have a plan, feel relaxed, know my next steps and he has booked a follow up. He was fully transparent and open about the process. I couldn’t be more thankful as I left that phone call feeling relieved, happy and relaxed. I no longer have the pressure or weight hanging over me and it was all due to his knowledge and thoroughness. Thank you again!

David To is a gem, he took the time to get to know our us and our budget, and offered great advise and insight, and knew exactly what to do! I also can’t thank David enough for reassuring me throughout the process when I had my weekly panics!
