Used Police Mortgages/Mortgage Hut for my recent purchase. Couldn't fault the service, with overtime taken into consideration. Constantly updated and took the stress out of that part of the moving process! Have recommended to plenty of colleagues in work since.

Amazing, helpful and always on phone if needed. Elliot and Ash were amazing ib helping us to go through mortgage application as well as through life insurance.

This is harassment.

I have only ever used the Mortgage Hut when purchasing and remortgaging my homes. I wouldn’t use anyone else. They are superb, efficient, friendly and put customers first. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

Both Giacomo, Andy and Lewis have been incredible in guiding me through my mortgage journey. I am a first time buyer and genuinely could not be more grateful for their assistance throughout! Any questions I had, they were happy to answer, and they kept me fully up to date throughout! Highly recommend!

Really useless service - bombarded with emails texts etc to book a call to discuss needs on enquiry about a remortgage only to be sent email, text and booking cancellation the next day because they only provide mortgages over 100k! Really ? Avoid

The company was excellent- fast and efficient in getting us our first mortgage for a property. Thanks to all involved especially Giacomo and Andy.

Used The Mortgage Hut previously and they were excellent. Unfortunately, when remortgaging, they were horrendous. Did not get me the best interest rate - had to tell the agent which rate to use. Repeated requests for documents which were received days/weeks later. Included management in emails and got no intervention. Won't be using The Mortgage Hut again.

Responsive, no hassle would recommended the Mortgage Hut

I found the Mortgage Hut online and decided to use them for the house i have just bought. Giacomo Stevens was assigned to my application and he made the whole process run so smoothly, the stress was never there for me, they kept me updated through the whole process and will highly recommend them.

Finally, a year after my first conversation with Oliver, we have a mortgage in place despite credit issues. Oliver has remained thorough, patient and consistent during a testing time of house purchases falling through, trying to get credit records corrected and other hiccups.
Nichola was great at keeping us informed, and answering queries and getting the application over the line.
Really pleased with them both and will use The Mortgage Hut again in a couple of years :)
