The company was great just the courier that let u down it was ment to be delivered yeastaday the 8th of April but I got the message that the courier had tried and I wasn't in and I was in all day no knock on the door he delivered it today the 8th but I paid for delivery I expected it the day that there say there going to deliver it

Poor customer service.
Delivery was fine. My issue is I bought a leather chair for my husband for a Christmas present.
Wanted to give it to him boxed. Also I couldn't assemble.
Asked if could contact them after Christmas to return if damaged as giving as a present and did not want to open.
Advised me 14 day return policy. Thought about returning and buying again. But gave it to him now so now getting something else for Christmas.
Not very customer friendly in my eyes.
Out of principle would not buy again. Also there is a part missing which I need to contact them about.
Chair ok. Not amazing for £400 chair.

We are sorry to hear that the chair is missing a part. We have tried to contact you by email, by phone and on this review site on a total of 4 occasions to find out which part is missing so that we can send it out to you but have not received any response.
So far as the quality of the chair is concerned, you spent just under £315 and not £400 on the chair and this might be why there is a slight difference in the quality that you expected.
When you raised the issue of the chair being a Christmas present and the 14 day return policy, we did offer to collect the chair and offer you a full refund, which you did not take up. Our return policy is clearly stated on our website and it is a 14 day policy otherwise our manufacturer will not accept returns.
If you do have a missing part, you are most welcome to contact us this week to arrange for the item to be sent out to you.
