My order was supposed to be delivered next working day.
Sure, a weekend and a bank holiday followed, but 10 days later I still didn't get my order.
No shipping notification, no tracking in the system, no emails whatsoever.

Long story short, after 2 email inquiries and a phone call, they did promptly deliver my items next day. They also followed up with an email to make sure that I did get the items, which I did appreciate.

I would buy from here again, however, I will definitely keep an eye on the status of the order and shipment.

Before I placed my order I contacted their sales rep to ensure my order will be sent with next day delivery.
I placed my order and immediately after I contacted them again to ensure delivery will be sent for next day and someone told me that my order has been placed and i should expect delivery next day between 10am to 6pm.
delivery morning I rang again to make sure order was on its way and was reassured it will be with me by lunchtime.
I rang at 4pm to enquire about my order and was told that my order will now be with me the next week because someone on their side had not finalised the order, really frustrated with this poor and extremely unprofessional business manner. I will avoid these guys from now on and recommended you do the same.

i ordered 2 x 35l 5 star clear storage boxes and had the most frustrating, difficult and inefficient encounter with this company so eventually cancelled the order. the order arrived without the specified lids, so i called customer service who said they would be sent straight away so i packed all my items in the storage boxes. i was then told that they couldn't send lids by themselves so they had to resend another order and pick up the original storage boxes. i was told this would happen the next day so i unpacked everything and took the day off work. guess what? nothing arrived, nothing was collected. i called again and was told the same thing, so took another day off work. this time the delivery arrived but again without lids...and so on and so forth it went. what a waste of time. being self-employed this company cost me 2 x days pay and having spoken to the manager she said she would look into what had happened, call me back with an explanation and look into some sort of reimbursement for my wasted days. guess what? she never called back. i wasn't even looking for reimbursement it was her suggestion, i just wanted my money back and never have to deal with them again. please don't waste your time and energy on this company. i re-ordered from paperstone and got the same item for the same price, as specified the next day. perhaps office supplies supermarket can learn something from this.
