I got a so called free assualt backpack after winning a competition. I prayed £20 for shipping and when it came through it looked nothing at all like on the website. It was made with cheap material, tiny and horrible. It looked like something you buy from a one pound store. And to actually think the price tag on it was £100 plus shipping dreadfully. And they don't even reply when I complained. Avoid at all costs. Buy from a trusted website

Ordered a paddle board on 1/6/20. Still have not received after sending a few emails with no reply and now the online shop has disappeared! Crooks

I ordered a 5th grade quarantine mask on April 20, 2020 for graduation today, June 11. It arrived last week, in the nick of time. Tried to open the plastic mailing envelope, only to realize that the ear strap was cut & got stuck in the flap of the envelope, effectively being completely stuck, sticky & defective. Sent an email saying as much, sent photos & told them to refund me as the mask couldn’t possible be here in time, I got a form email response with a new order number saying it would be reprinted & mailed in 14-20 days!
HELLO!?!! Does a human read the emails??? Tried, unsuccessfully, to cancel, to no avail.
I have plenty of time & a computer so I’ll be getting my money back at some point.
Side note, the actual product was cheap & poorly printed. $16+ is highway robbery. Avoid.

I ordered a shirt on 5-14-20 and still HAVEN'T received the product. I emailed to cancel the order and I was informed the shirt will be shipped out on 6-5-20 but today is 6-8-20! Online the status show the shirt is STILL being printed. My child no longer need the shirt she graduated last week. Not to mention the email stated I should receive the product with 1-2 weeks! That will be well OVER a MONTH after I ordered the shirt!

Ordered some bits for my sons first festival. The items were of good quality and no major issues. Delivery a little later then expected but very happy with the price and overall service. Would use again.

Nothing wrong with the product but very poor returns experience. They tried to avoid giving a refund because cellphane wrapping was missing (ripped open so surely not needed as it could not be reused).

When I finally got a refund they tried to deduct a third of the cost as postage! Standard cost should have been £2.99.

Avoid arrogant and rude seller.

I dont recommend!! I order a jacket and, almost a month later I had to contact them because the jacket didnt arrive. They never sent me a tracking number. As they didnt answer my e-mail, i had to call them and in response, they asked me to wait 2 days. After 2 days they emailed me telling that they would refund me cause, probably, my purchase got lost in the mail service.

What a dredfull company. I got a delivery from them for goods I didnt order, I tryed to be helpfull and they were very unpleasent. I would avoid them like the plauge.

Having purchased a Mountain Equipment down jacket I returned it as dark down clusters were clearly visible through the jacket shell.

CollectPlus tried to deliver the jacket three times in one week but the shop was closed for an unscheduled stock take. CollectPlus cold not deliver and eventually retuned the jacket to me. I sent it back AGAIN and this time it was accepted.

So I paid the courier twice and Outdoor Shop refused to refund any of my courier charges on the basis that down clusters being visible was a feature of down jackets.

The web information was not entirely accurate in respect of the actual stock available when ordered on-line, but an alternative coat colour was quickly offered to me, which oddly enough was my preferred choice anyway, but the web site did not originally show this colour to be in stock !
The order was quickly dispatched and delivered as promised, and arrived in excellent condition, and I would have no hesitation in using the company again, as they offered very good value and service.

The whole process was simple and easy - shipping was also included! I got my discounted product, at a price I was happy about. Will order again!

Fabulous prompt service, received the three helmets within three days of ordering, all the helmets are fit for purpose, and all fitted perfectly.
