Not much to say other than the items came on time-I had to return them as the size didn't fit but that wasn't their fault.

I was recommended to use this company by a family member. I had been looking for a North Face coat for a while but all I saw were too pricey. I am pleased with the coat I purchased and the price I paid was excellent. The ordering procedure was straight forward and I was able to track my purchase every step of the way. The coat also arrived very well packaged.

I will not buy from the Outdoor Shop again. Both on their website and in their email they set expectations for delivery that they did not live up to. They then ignored 2 emails where I pointed out what had gone wrong. I gave them a last chance and rang them, but I felt they were just fobbing me off.

What a shame that they let a potentially good business down by a poor attitude to customers.

The service on the telephone and online was good and we received the item we wanted. The only downside was that I didn't see anywhere on the order process that the delivery would have to be signed for eventhough I had left instruction online as to where the parcel could be left. I was out when it was delivered and therefore had to rearrange the delivery.

Bought a RAB Alpine microlight jacket. Excellent value for money, the cheapest by far and once ordered arrived within 2 days.

Ordered an emergency shelter from Outdoors Shop online. Arrived within three days so very happy with delivery and price. Don't know about quality of shelter as I hope I never have to use it! But invaluable for safety/peace of mind when on mountain hikes.
