I bought a pair of trousers that arrived in a couple of days. Sadly they were too large. They refunded my money the day after I posted back the trousers. I was very impressed. So many websites take at least 5 days if not more to refund money.

Really pleased with the service. I have placed my order at the weekend, was given a tracking number and Monday and received delivery on Tuesday. I have already tested the jacket on a walk yesterday and am happy to confirm that it is indeed wind- and water-proof.
