I ordered a Jack Wolfskin jacket on line and received it a couple of days later. The price was great! But the size was wrong so I had to return it and get another. The only frustration was that rather than simply exchange it, I had to buy the different size first to ensure it wasn't sold in the meantime. Of course I got my money back for the first one, and quickly too, so all good there...but it would have been better if I didn't have a few days where I had outlayed the price of two jackets but didn't have either.

Quick delivery and great product, had to return it due to a small size but I would recommend it.

The customer service is splendid. but one of the sticks has a faulty length adjuster. Too much hassle to send it back. Outdoor Shop should test the stuff before they send it off!

User-friendly web site. Good pictures of garments, lots of information so there was no doubt as to what you were buying. Useful size guide too. Garment itself well made, smart and very warm and water-proof. Will definitely visit site in the future should I want more outdoor clothing etc.

My berghaus fleece was very well priced and delivered promptly .

Not only was the jacket £140 cheaper than most high street competitors (online also), it was also very easy to purchase and was delivered within 48hrs.

What more is there to say?

I have brought various clothing items from the Outdoor Shop on at least 3 occasions and they are the first site I'll check nowadays if I need new gear. I've found their prices to be consistently good value and the delivery service has been prompt and efficient - so I would recommend them without hesitation.

I've only had to contact customer services once and they were very quick to rectify my problem.

Ordered a rucksack and it was promptly delivered and well packaged. A nice letter from Outdoor Shop accompanied the goods. Would definitely order from them again.

I did a search for a particular item and The Outdoor Shop came out as the cheapest option. That's not always a good thing but in this case it definately was. Delivery was very quick and they even sent me a little something extra as a surprise gift.
