Scam scam scam!! I ordered a music center and received a cheap ring worth about £1 at the most, as a cover for saying my order has been delivered. Do not buy from these scammers.

Paramo Alondra Ladies jacket

Fabulous jacket, perfectly packaged and arrived when the email said it would.

Prompt, hassle-free, good value - all good!

Looking for a particular Montane clothing item, found that The Outdoor Shop offered the best value, free delivery (over £30) and good choice of colours - needed olive drab, for military use.

Item dispatched within an hour! Easy facilities for tracking delivery of the order, which arrived within 48 hours of purchase.

I wish all my purchases were this easy ...

Good transaction, recommended

Best price I could find for a North Face duffel bag, so placed my order, on Saturday evening. It was despatched on Monday by Parcelforce 48, tracking details received at that point, duly received it on the Wednesday.
Only 'issue' I had was that because it was my first order, they could only send it to the cardholder address.
Will definitely use again.

Toasty mits

The mits feel nice and warm. Colour slightly different to the picture more a light tan than a Khaki green. fast delivery and great service as usual!

montane flux jacket

Tried. It on elsewhere excellent piece of kit. Still waiting for delivery. Was a bit jarred Blacks selling off £15 cheaper but hey ho still waiting for Parcel Force now paying to collect from post office extra cost :(

Despatch of order good, returns process not good

Sure I'd ordered wide fit walking boots received standard fit which didn't fit! Original order sent promptly and goods would have been fine if they had been the right fitting. Returning them is at buyer's cost and is a pain in many ways.
