The Perfect Smile Clinic in Hertford is an amazing practice and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their smile. I needed an old bridge replaced, and other dental practices I had consulted painted quite a gloomy picture as to what could be achieved. I was extremely relieved and delighted when Dr Jethwa at the Perfect Smile Clinic reassured me that he could help. Thanks to the professionalism of Dr Jethwa, Dr Sehmi and their respective teams, they have transformed my smile and replaced my old bridge using an implant and very natural looking veneers Due to the position of my old bridge and the space between teeth, it was a complex case and Dr Sehmi and Dr Jethwa rose to the challenge and were amazing. During the Covid-19 Lockdown, throughout which I had a temporary bridge in place, they kept in touch regularly to ensure everything was OK and to answer any questions. I’m so happy! I have just had my final veneers fitted and I could not be happier. The treatments I had included: full mouth whitening, gum laser, trial smile and 10 veneers. The whole process took about 2 months from my first consultation to my final fitting. Sam and Sophie were both amazing and made me feel super comfortable throughout. The trial smile allowed me to decide what I liked and didn’t like so I could finish with exactly what I wanted. Honestly, I couldn’t quite imagine how good they would look but I am over the moon. They look so natural and really suit my face which was something I was concerned about initially. I would highly recommend The Perfect Smile especially Sam Jethwa. It’s been a dream, thank you so much!! I can’t stop smiling :)

I am halfway through my journey with Perfect Smile and I could not be happier. I would normally write a review at the end of something like this. But before I could begin my cosmetic work, the team noticed an abnormality on a routine xray, they recommended a CT scan which showed I had an underlying issue with a growth behind my teeth. This was thankfully benign but had to be removed and involved several of my teeth needing work too. Negin and Katie have been absolutely fantastic and even assisted me in sourcing an amazing Maxillary Facial surgeon who eventually performed my surgery. This whole process was calm and utterly pain free and the after care I have recieved has been amazing. I can't wait to press ahead now with my Perfect Smile, knowing this team is behind me. Their main priority has obviously been my health and my wellbeing.

After being recommended by a friend, I went to the Perfect Smile to enquire about braces - it’s the best thing I have ever done! Gurs and Leona looked after me throughout, and were always there to advise about the different options, outcomes and overall treatment. Not only were they amazing in ensuring I left with perfect teeth, they were friendly and understanding throughout - especially as a somewhat nervous client at times. The treatment and care there was amazing; they both went above and beyond, and I’m so happy with my smile!! :) Hugely grateful for all of their hard work.

I finally have straight teeth! After worrying about my teeth being crooked for so long I finally had my teeth straightened at the perfect smile.

I have always wanted to straighten my teeth and Perfect smile have done an amazing job! I feel a lot more confident with my new smile.

I had the fitted cfast braces that were far more comfortable than I thought they would be! I had hardly any pain or discomfort with them. I was worried what the braces would look like, but they were barely visible. I was also worried about how I could afford the brace but the monthly payment plan makes it a lot easier. My new smile was complete within 4 months!

When my front tooth veneer fell out on a Friday night with a family event on Saturday that I needed to leave at 9.30am to get to I was distraught. I contacted the Perfect Smile emergency service via what’s app at 8am and by 8.30am received a call and an appointment for 9.15. I was lucky in that the practise was open on this particular Saturday but the team went above and beyond in coming in early to see me so I could leave on time. My problem was fixed, my smile restored, my weekend saved. I cannot thank them enough - the best service I had received in a long long time. Just brilliant

I had worn front teeth top and bottom and had lost 1/3 of my enamel. 10 years earlier I was turned away by another private dentist and went here hoping 10 years on they may be able to help. Dr Sam Jethwa, was suggested to me as it was ‘wear’. Sam confirmed to me what I believed for 20 years (that my new bite, post braces) had caused the wear and set about explaining how he planned to reconstruct the teeth. The temporary bonded teeth ‘Trial Smile’ was essential for me, not for cosmetics but having suddenly big teeth (normal size) needs some familiarisation and both Sam and I needed to learn from the trial. Sam then used veneers to make the final teeth and the results are amazing. Aged 20, After 3.5 years of orthodontics I had perfectly straight teeth: but quickly lost Enamel due to wear and had small teeth. Sam rebuilt them and completely reconstructed my smile back to how they should be normally. Sam rebuilt my smile and helped rebuild my confidence after 20 years of being self conscious about my smile. I am in my 40s and now have the smile I imagined having in my 20s. I would recommend Sam and if you have excessive wear go see him and see what he can do for you.

Conclusion: if you have excessive wear and worn teeth and this affects your confidence to smile and makes you socially anxious. Go see Sam and get your teeth and confidence restored.

Neglect, sporting injuries and some dodgy dentistry had taken its toll so I had a top set of veneers at PerfectSmile about two years ago. The results were amazing and I have loads of positive comments about my teeth and smile from envious younger colleagues.

Recently I went back to have an implant to close a londstsnding gap. As ever, I was looked after extremely well by Gurs and Leona and they have been brilliant throughout. Having moved house since my original treatment, it’s a bit of a trek getting here now but when the results are this good, I will keep coming back.

I am beyond happy with the results of my braces and veneers. Gurs has managed to achieve a smile that I couldn't even imagine. The whole practice is filled with the most amazing, caring staff and I will be forever grateful for what they have done. i have always had crooked front teeth, which every now and then I sought out fixing them. Each time I was told I would need 4teeth out hand braces for 2years.....needless to say I didn't want that. Over the years I suffered enamel erosion so once again ugh about getting them straight and fixed. After a lot of research I made an appointment at perfect smile, the staff were amazing and didn't bat an eyelid at my worn crooked teeth. Everything was explained and I was told they would be straight within 4-6 months. Despite seeing the testimonies and photos of previous patients I was dubious. Still I made the commitment to finally do this. I had Biju the orthodontist with me every step of the way. This man is a genius, and funny to boot. He was confident 4 months would be my goal date to get the braces off, no tooth removal needed either. I chose the clear fixed braces which although snag once in a while, worked well. I went back every twice to get the wires changed before, after only 6 weeks, Biju told me they were done. To be sure we held off removal until 8 weeks where I was given whitening and sent home with a clear retainer. Yesterday, 4months and 1week from starting, I had my perminant retainter fitted to the back of the teeth and my bonding done to finally sort the erosion damage. I can honestly say my teeth have never looked so good. They are perfectly shaped and straight and white. Biju, designed this Cfast procedure and he is an artist, perfectionist and a totally likeable man. I would recommend him and this practice to anyone thinking of getting their teeth fixed. From the first to last trip I was made to feel comfortable and that they genuinely care you end up with the result you want.
