I was very nervous about embarking on the process to tidy up my teeth, but, right from the very first consultation with Louise, my mind was put at rest. Everything was explained to me at each step so there was no need feel apprehensive about anything.

I have just finished a 7 month Invisalign treatment plan with Sam Jethwa at the Perfect Smile Studios and have been so happy with the results and the whole process. Sam and the team have been great from the beginning, very encouraging and have explained everything every step of the way! I'd definitely recommend Perfect Smile Studios to anyone planning on cosmetic dentistry - I'll soon be getting my teeth whitened there too and can't wait!

At Perfect Smile Studios all the staff make you feel very welcome. Sam and his team are consummate professionals. I had wanted to "get my teeth done" for many years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam 110% for not only his technical ability professionally but also for his generally personable manner throughout the process which gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with the treatment. I cannot fault Perfect Smile Studios. They wholeheartedly deserve their five star rating.

I went to the perfect smile studio Hertford with many problems with my smile, and trouble from past wrong treatment.
And 1 year later I left with the biggest most perfect smile!
Gurs was everything I could have wished for, he looked after me when I was nervous, listened to my moaning of pains with my fixed braces, and became more of a friend than a dentist.
I had fixed braces top and bottom for 9 months, followed by 8 veneers and the outcome is everything I had wished for.
I am a different person thanks to my new smile, my confidence has really grown.

I am HUGELY nervous and have put off going to the dentist for far too long but the staff at The Perfect Smile are absolutely wonderful. They put me at ease every time, they are all so supportive and encouraging. Before you even see a dentist you have the fabulous Chelsea and Louise to talk you through everything and calm you down, they really are so understanding (and believe me they've had to be when I've turned up shaking and in tears!).

The dentists themselves are so caring, it's actually so easy to place your trust in them. They explain everything clearly, reassure and don't make you do anything that you don't feel comfortable with until you are ready. All of the dental nurses I have met there too are so kind and caring.

The interior of the clinic is great too, like a luxury spa, this really adds to the overall calming experience.

I really can't speak highly enough of The Perfect Smile. From being absolutely terrified, I now have a plan to transform my teeth that I know I can manage with the support of everyone there. The sign outside the practice says 'dedicated to nervous patients' and from my experience they truly are. If you are scared of taking that first step, just go for it, you won't find better, more caring, expert professionals anywhere!

My dental plan included quite intrusive treatment, all of which was carried out with concern for my comfort. Time was taken to insure that I was included in every decision to be made.
Everyone was very friendly and made me feel 'at home'.

I came to Perfect smile on a whim, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Having been told by other dentists and orthodontist that there wasn't much that could be done with my teeth due to the complexity of it. Coming to Perfect smile and being treated by Dr Sam Jethwa has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. He managed my expectations, walked me through the procedure and only advised me what was practical for my teeth. It has been a costly procedure but I really cannot be more happier. He simply listened to what I wanted and given the time frame I had given them he and his team have delivered they have done an amazing job. After 20 years I can smile and not hide away. I suppose being of a certain age one tends to think of a dentist as a NHS doctor, interested purely in your well-being. The Perfect Smile approach is basically not realty about patient well-being (at all) but making a profit, they are of course a private enterprise and only exist to make money.
Nothing wrong with that as long as you know what your letting yourself in for.
The ‘free’ consultation is nothing more than a sales pitch showing you lots of before and after pics and letters of recommendation (all at least 10 years old). Then it start to get expensive, the full consultation is £200 this includes a treatment plan. I did this, my appointment started 15 mins late (no explanation) and before I knew it I had a treatment plan that totalled £32,000. Yes that’s right £32,000.
Ok that was the full Monty (12 veneers etc.) but what was painfully clear is the desire at all time to upsell you to include everything possible chargeable, probably knowing that you would settle for less – but hey you got a nice cup of coffee while you waited.
Ok so Im being harsh, yes probably (as I doubt I will continue the treatment), I got no follow up call, but gritted my teeth (haha) and decided to call them to arrange an appointment for the hygienist (despite having only been 3 months ago they reckoned I needed two one hour sessions costing £250). The incredibly unhelpful receptionists said they had no appointments available for 3 weeks.
At this point I thought hang on let’s compare and contrast ‘perfect smile’ with my usual dentist. My private dentist charges £51 for a 45 min session with a hygienist (available next day), Perfect Smile charge £125 for one hour, assuming you can wait three weeks, a quick search on the internet reveals that Perfect Smile are way more expensive across the board pretty much for all treatments than your standard private (im not talking national health here) dentist.
Of course they are all those sales staff, frothy coffee and glossy adverts cost money, which we the patient have to pay for. So bottom before embarking on any treatment with PS do compare with other private dentists, if you like frothy coffee, high pressure sales, long wait for appointments etc. by all means go ahead, if you’re more financially astute and time sensitive do look elsewhere.
