Excellent product
Excellent product, grandson (9) loves it as does his older brother (12). Bought as a birthday present for 6 months as children lose interest quickly, but will definitely be extending the subscription. Arrives promptly each week and he looks forward to its arrival.

My granddaughter loves it!
My granddaughter, for whom the Comic was purchased, loves the content and receiving it so frequently!! Being slightly dyslexic, it also helps with her reading abilities.

Everything is as promised they deliver…
Everything is as promised they deliver on time week in and week out, even when my family moved at short notice from one place to another. My grandson (who the comic is for) waits every week for the postman to deliver and is delighted with the comic, then when it arrives immerses himself straight into it.

Great Comic - Terrible customer service!
The comic itself is great, my son has been getting it for the last 5 years and absolutely loves it. The customer service however is terrible!
Issue 736 back in February was never delivered. Phoenix customer support said they’d send out the missing issue but sent the wrong one. We have contacted them multiple times since by both phone and email and been assured that the missing issue is in stock and will be sent out. 10 weeks later it still hasn’t appeared and my son has a stack of unread comics that he’s refusing to read until the missing one turns up!
We did try to buy the missing issue from the website but it is not available to buy online.
All very frustrating!

We are, however, so sorry to hear about the unsatisfactory customer service that you have received while requesting a replacement issue.
Unfortunately, back issues of issue 736 went out of stock in late February; we are so sorry to hear that you were told differently and that this has caused disappointment and upset. We have passed on your review to our customer service team so we can look into why this has happened and ensure it doesn't happen again in future.
We have located a copy of 736 in our head office and will send you a message to request your details so we can send this out to you first class so that your son can continue to read The Phoenix without missing an issue.
