We live abroad but we used the pied piper for a rat problem in our Victorian house in London. We had used a couple of pest control companies in the past but we still kept having issues. They were able to fit us in for a same day visit and the technician turned up and carried out a through check everywhere and found the issue was from the manhole. They installed motion cameras everywhere and monitored the situation over the coming weeks . After a few visits they returned and put a rat blocker in the drain once everything was cleared up. We were very happy with the service and the value for money and would highly recommend their rat service

I have experienced many different pest control firms in the last 10years for a number of different properties & after much disappointment this last year in particular with the lack of detail on required proofing, I researched a number of firms & came across The Pied Piper who I have been extremely impressed with i.e., their fast responses/replies, their frankness & their attention to detail - example; photos of holes/gaps that need proofing & materials to use & guidance on how best to do the proofing to achieve the best end result.

Excellent and reliable service. We have used them for several years now and the service has always been of the highest quality.

Excellent service. Couldn't recommend more. Had an issue with mice. Contacted a few companies but non of them could solve my problem. Heard about the Pied Piper so i thought id give them a try. They came round within a couple days. Identified the weak points in the house and got to work. If i ever have a problem with pests again i know who i can rely on. Thank you so much guys. Had an issue with mice/rat under the floorboard on the ground floor. Tony came out and put rat poison and a camera to see what we were dealing with. We have eventually irradicated the problem thanks to his many years of experience and knowledge of the issues in hand.

I engaged Pied Piper Pest Control to attach spikes to a ledge to prevent pigeons from landing on the ledge and making a mess on my balcony.

This is my second time of dealing with The Pied Piper but for a different pest issue.
Their team of technicians/specialists go above and beyond in pest control and dare I say, in my opinion, they are heroes.
Knowing that I am totally and unreasonably paranoid regarding pests (bed bugs, rats and other creepy crawlies, you name them...), their expertise in challenging any pest related issues is so reassuring.

What sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to their clients, their work dedication and integrity, no matter how small or big is the job. They won't rest until they have identified and eradicated the pest problem.

Never seen a company with such dedication to their work. The techs were all polite, wore overshoes in my property and most importantly of all managed to get rid of our rat problem. We were unable to sleep with the noises in the ceiling and had a company come out to have a look at dealing with the issue. After paying them over £300 they were unable to tell us even what the problem was and were unable to deal with the problem. We called The Pied Piper and had them come out and inspect the loft and they put down some cameras first without charging us the full price. The cameras showed we had a problem with rats getting into our loft and they promptly dealt with the problem and found the access point as well. We were unable to gain access to this hole but at least we know that this was the problem and they recommended installing a rat blocker in our drains and since then we have not had an issue. The service is fantastic and the staff are all very helpful with excellent communication.
