great service & prices

Neede new extract fan, this model had best price I could find on the web, good delivery options to choose from and all turned up within couple of days

Superb service

Placed the order on the website for a new radiator. This was the cheapest price I found and the company fullfilled everything you would expect. Communication was excellent, from placing the order to when it would be delivered and by what means. Quality item sent out via courier and delivered when they said they would. Superb all round service. Will definately use again if i need items in the future.

we received very good service

The sales lady went out of her way to assist us and made us feel she wanted to help us with this time critical order. The product arrived on time and was to the correct specifications, we are very pleased with both the service and the product we received from Theplumbstore

The order was placed at 6.29pm and an email confirmation was sent immediately, the following day an email was sent explaining the item was out of stock. On the 5th February a further email confirmation was sent confirming the item had been dispatched.

We apologise that in this instance the item took longer than normal to arrive however, this was due to the product being out of stock with the manufacture’s.

Good Product, Good Price, Quick Delivery

I purchased this product from the plumbstore because it was exactly what I needed and a good make. It was cheaper than I could buy it from my local plumber's merchant, where I have an account! It was delivered quickly and the company's communications were good. If the prices remain competitive I will definitely use again.

A stress free process from selection to order & delivery on time.

The Plumb Store web site was easy to navigate offering a great range with good information. The selecton & ordering process was simple & the confirmation paperwork by e-mail was concise & correct, confirming an actual delivery date.
The goods arrived on time & in perfect condition via their own transport & a very courtious driver. No problems anywhere & good value naturally, I will use them again.

Easy to use web site and very speedy service

I found the website very easy to use and very comprehensive. Once the order was placed I was kept informed of the situation throughout, including being phoned on the day of delivery to agree a time. It was delivered within 48 hours of initial order.
