The services was second to none.

I ordered a timer thermostat for a boiler mainly due to the competitive price. It arrived via standard parcel delivery. The parts were as ordered and fitted no problem. I would certainly use plumbstore again.

The product was very cheap and the website was very easy to use. However delivery was a long wait

goods took 9 days to arrive when i was told to expect delivery 3 days from order. Had to ring 3 times before the goods finally arrived.

I needed to cancel an item I had ordered. I received an email the following day confirming the item had been cancelled and asking if there was an alternative item they could order for me.

From the first contact with Plumb Store, nothing was too much trouble. They were competitively priced and gave me an accurate delivery date and time. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered a radiator from Plumbstore and given assurites that the item would be delivered on agreed delivery date only to telephone seven days later on the delivery date to be informed that my ored has not been dispatched and I would have to wait a futher seven days for delivery needles to say canncelled and went elsewere

Needed a radiator, and priced it from local merchants but none of them could match the price given by the plumb store. Delivered as required on the date given. Prompt service, and we're very polite when I phone with a question. would use again and would definitely recommend to anyone!

I ordered what I wanted, the order was acknowledged and the goods were delivered on the day stated. That is all I ask.

Got a replacement boiler installed in the attic space, which needed a re-configuration of the gas/water pipes as the original system was a boiler and storage tank located in the kitchen and bedroom respectively. Also had loft area floored and access ladder fitted as part of the job.

Fitters arrived promptly at 8AM, and were finished by 3:30PM, at which point I had a fully working system. A subsequent short visit was required to fit the access ladder.

Very pleased, and am happy to recommend.

Ordered 2 radiators at night. The sales dept got back to me the next day to discuss delivery, and arranged the date. The freight company contacted me the day before to confirm, and was delivered the next day, without issue.
Overall a good experience and will be using them again.

The price was good but it took nearly two weeks to arrive and although ordered from Wigan it was dispatched from a store 3 miles awayin Havant Hampshire. I could have picked it up quicker but they would not sell it to me over the counter at the online price as it had to be ordered on line. The radiator was damaged on the casing on arrival and I am still awaiting a replacement part a week later..........

Worth checking the lead time on order - website indicates ready to deliver but item may have to come direct form supplier which takes quite a bit longer. That said, once date was given a very good service with delivery in stated window.

i found this site on a comparisson site, some of the infomation was incorrect as it had said that delivery was free when in fact it wasnt. They also said they would price match products but when asked about this, surprise suprise it did not include my item.

Otherwise this was a very quick, reliable and fast service and I would recommend them to friends

I had a good idea of the radiator I needed before I used the Theplumbstore web site, but it was very easy to find and it had all the information necessary to confirm it was the right product for me. Ordering was straightforward and payment was secure. Delivery was duly made on the day promised. The only thing that could be improved would be to give an indication of the time of delivery - some companies phone the day before or first thing in the morning to provide an estimate so you're not hanging around all day.

I ordered a triple convector radiator from the plumbstore.com and although it took a bit longer to arrive than the approx 2 to 3 days, (This is a big radiator and I think it needed to be ordered in) I was kept informed of the expected delivery time.
Very nice staff over the phone and good prices. I would definately recommend the plumbstore.com and will use them again.

This company gave me first rate service, delivery was when they said, price was competative, phone and e-mail support spot on.

Not sure why this has been sent out when i am still waiting for the product. Not due to plumbstore but a prodection error I believe. However, still inefficient to sent this review request out while I am still waiting for my order!! Also, I had no communication from they to say there was an issue with my order, I had to chase them up, only to find out they would not have stock for a good few weeks. They should have at least notified me of the delivery delay.
