The bath was due today but due to a mix up with Distribution Depots it is rescheduled to arrive in a couple of days. Not a problem as not being fitted until the end of the week. Plus in all fairness I did receive a very polite and apologetic phone call to advise of the issue. So I would use The Plumb Store again!

I had to source an awkward size radiator at 1 days notice. Not only did Plumbstore have one in stock, but they promised a next day delivery by lunchtime and achieved it. Well done, in particular, the staff on the end of the phone who ensured the delivery van stuck to the target delivery time.

My order arrived as advised found one item short contacted Plumbstore and they arranged for item to be delivered next day along with a repacement for item incorrectly ordered by myself.
Subsequently found minor damage to one of the radiators when unpacked and again a replacement was provided next day without any hassle. In each case when phoning this company they could not be more helpful. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Cost comparisons prior to my purchase showed that Plumbstore were more than competitive with other suppliers.
Would have no hesitation in suggestion the use of this company.

I still have not received my order placed on the 8th Sept (today is 22nd!!). They work through Plumb Center.
They tried to deliver on the 13th but I was out - I contacted them only to be told they would deliver probably on Tuesday 18th or Wednesday 19th - one week later still nothing, contacted them on 20th, arranged a pm delivery on 21st - stayed in all afternoon - NOTHING!!!
I paid for 'delivery' - totally let down and still have not got my order costing over £30. What do I do now????

Ordered a new radiator. Delivered within 2 working days. Spotted delivery driver outside wrong house as happened to be looking out the window. Turns out he misread the address on his sheet and regardless he was on the phone to me just after I spotted him. After I sorted that out no problems at all. Would use again as best price I could get for a top quality Myson rad. If you know exactly what you want unless your wholesale trade you would be pushed to get a better price anywhere else.

Phoned with an enquiry and Steve looked into the product for me, I even emailed a picture of the bathroom - expert knowledge. Fantastic service, fast delivery and excellent service. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending the Plumb Store and will definitely use them again in the future.

Having spent the last few years struggling to keep our old boiler ticking, we decided this year ot take the plundge and replace it. I got some recommended models from my installer and then went about finding one of them as cheaply as possible. I ended up buying an Alpha InTec 30c with the premier pack. All in all, £290 cheaper than the best price my fitter could supply and great value. Delivery was rushed out and agreed the day before my installer was due to fit but arrived bang on time and ready for fitting.

Delivered on the day stated on the order acknowledgment, but somewhat longer than that advertised. The price for the radiator was very good. The package must have been dropped for the radiator seam was indented by the plastic corner protectors, but fortunately in a position that will not be noticeable.

Great company to deal with

Website only showed one size option but there were, infact, two sizes. Local store immediately knew there was another size and gave me a part number. Problems occur, the speed and humour with which they are resolved are indicators of good service.

Good communication, nothing was too much trouble. Everything arrived as described and within the promised time scales - very pleased.

We wanted an eight foot long radiator. Lovely picture, a few emails to discuss length and old school style, plumber actually turned up, delivery turned up: It was eight foot high!!!! Oh my!! Far too big and not long enough.

Website was easy to use, delivery was fast, all in all very easy th deal with.

Excellent communication. I was quoted 3-5 working days delivery. Explained I needed the item as soon as possible and would be willing to pick up. Got phone call next morning and picked up from local depot in Harlow, so less than 24hrs. Excellent price. Friendly helpfull service.
