I chose The Plumb Store because they were the cheapest for radiator I wanted. It arrived quickly and I signed the delivery note as 'unchecked' as I didn't have time to look properly. On inspection later I saw that the radiator had a couple of lumps out of it which had then been touched up very crudely with some white paint. I phoned the local number on the delivery form which was for the plumbing place down the road. They organised for a new radiator to be delivered the same day! A few hours later the new one arrived and the damaged one was taken away. Based on this experience I will definitely use them again.

This item (a radiator) was delivered well with good packaging. One item that was quickly cleared up was that the delivery occurred when we did not expect it. A quick telephone call resolved this and a new delivery date arranged. all contact with staff was excellent.

Ordered a Stelrad radiator from Plumbstore cos they promised delivery next day.Order went through easily but no communication! Staff seemingly very helpful but inspite of re arranging a delivery day it still turned up on the original day....luckily just before we went to work!!This was also 10days after the order.....not exactly next day delivery!What a shame.

the advisor went out of her way to help with quite an awkward request. she phoned me back 3 times in all so that we got the order correct and was very helpful all the way through.

Despite having a lead time of nearly two weeks, it was only after the items ordered became late and I phoned them did they tell me that they wouldn't be delivering for another few days. The impact of this has wasted many people time and cost me money. All could have been managed had they just let me know,even as late yesterday.............hopeless

They did not deliver on the day specified but called and rearranged delivery for the next day.

I ordered some shower screens to adapt our shower for my disabled mother and daughter in law. The delivery was prompt and the screens were easy to fit . Everything was included even two curtains as the screens are half height. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you. I will definately recommend The Plumbstotre to others!

Rang on the Thursday before the Mon & Tues bank hol to see if I ordered boiler on the Friday it would be delivered the following Wed. Was told yes it def would. I wasn't in a position to order it that day. Phoned back Friday, again checked, yes def Wed before 12noon. Ordered. Checked emails that afternoon, wrong boiler being delivered and on Thurs, not Wed. Was told they wld ring back but prob cldnt do Wed. Never did ring back. 4 calls later that day, agreed delivery for Wed before 12.
After 3 calls to chase it up on the Wed was told van broke down, coming at 8am Thurs. Cancelled order!!
Guess what boiler turned up 9.20am Thurs. Sent them back with it, got one locally not much more.
Never again!!!!

just think 15pounds is rather overpriced for 2 shower curtains to be delivered. postage on the packet was 3-94p .as i say good service but exorbitant postal charges

As title, found exactly what I needed, but only option was next day delivery which was expensive, would shop again though as they have a great range of products that others do not stock.

We had a problem and had to order a bath at very short notice. The staff were incredibly helpful in getting the order processed as quickly as possible and the bath was delivered faster than anyone else could seem to manage. We really appreciate all your help.

They offered an excellent price. The total was the best offer I could find on the web.

I had a tight timeline and they not only met my timeline they spent time working with the supplier to ensure it would be on time. They also kept me informed.

As the headline says, I would recommend on the basis of both service and price.

Overall good polite service, I had a couple of teething issues regarding delivery date, and then manual handling issues dropping it off at the property, but the issues got resolved promptly.

Customer focused business and treally efficient , easy to do business with & would recommend

efficient and saved me money. My only criticism was that I was not given a time slot for delivery. However, they arrived early so I did not have to wait in all day.

From inception through to delivery, was excellent, had contact with the company throughout and new how and when we were to take delivery. Will use again

The two boilers that we ordered were delivered to the billing address rather than the delivery address. This meant that I had to load them into my car and take them round myself. They were heavy, awkward and bulky. The addresses were perfectly clear in the confirmation email that you sent me but incorrect on the boxes.

I would only buy from you again as a last resort because this sort of mistake is very inconvenient for me.

Initially I was very pleased that they were able to source the right product that I needed and also within the 24hrs. However, the parcel was delayed by and then could only be delivered in 48hrs. Today I find out that it has been delayed again. Tomorrow is the day I have been promised but who knows. If it arrives tomorrow I will be amazed. The staff on the phone do seem very good however the proof is in the delivery.
