I'd recommend this company from our one experience. Good price and helpful cusomer service - they changed the day for delivery as we asked. Not sure I'd use them if I was in a hurry, as It took two weeks for delivery.

Had my item in stock and processed my order very quick, but after paying £15 for delivery, I would expect my order to arrive in a few days. But no, THREE WEEKS. If you can find your item for a similar price elsewhere, buy it there.

I ordered a boiler on the Friday afternoon and it arrived on the following Tuesday morning.
The staff were extremely helpful in helping me make my order and matched the price of another company proving that they uphold their price promise.

The best price, excellent service and arrived next day.Would definitely recommend!

Dont get me wrong they handled the order ok (yes just ok). took the money for the item very quickly (over the phone in fact) and then took about 7 days to deliver a small item apparently in stock.
Which turned out to come from a local plumbing supplier very near my address they just made the delivery address to be mine.
So my advice is to phone your local plumbing merchants yourself probablt pay less and get it deliverd probably quicker or even collect. because lets face it, thats all "the plumbstore ltd" did.

Love the look of the radiator I bought.
But.....when I phoned at 3pm. to check on its delivery, scheduled by you for today, I was told the item had NOT been put on the delivery van and would be delivered tomorrow.
I was very annoyed that no one had phoned to tell me and I had waited in all day.
I was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager did not introduce himself, had not been briefed about my problem by the original call taker and failed to apologise. I was called back about 10 mins. later by the original call taker to say the delivery would be made in the next hour. It was, at 4.00pm.
I was clearly told an untruth as the radiator WAS on the van for delivery although it would not have been delivered today if I had not phoned you. Not the way to treat customers!
I have been generous with 3 stars because the product is good and the call taker I spoke to was very pleasant if inaccurate.

Always great sevice from this store, have used before and will se again. Communication is very important to me, and Theplumbstore have always communicated well

Radiator now fitted. Looks good, no problems fitting. And all for a very competitive price.

I was unsure about which units I needed, Joyce was so very helpful and contacted the manufactures for extra information to ensure I got the right ones, Joyce then took the time to explain my options, so now I have the right heaters in my Kitchen. I would be happy to recommend this company, great service.

I needed a plinth heater, and some advice about the best one. They had to call the manufacturer, but were helfpul when I got back to them about it. Delivered within about 6 days.

Price extremely competitive. Wasn't in on agreed delivery date but Plumb Store redelivered next day (which was good for me). However no notification so lucky I was in. All in all good quick service with delightful delivery man.

Great communication, good price, promt delivery. I work next door to Plumbase and they couldn't get them any quicker or any cheaper

Great customer service. Unfortunately my initial order was out if stock at the suppliers. I was informed straight away and offered alternative options.
My order was delivered ahead of schedule, again, I was kept very well informed of available delivery slots.

I ordered the boiler at 4.30pm and it was delivered for pick up the next day at the warehouse in Waltham Cross. Sales person Maria very helpful, rang me back with information as promised. Really quick turnaround on one of the coldest weeks of the year.

Your website was very easy to navigate and to place an order. Unfortunately the items I ordered were not flagged up as on a long delivery and I only found out when you sent me an email advising me of a delivery almost two weeks away. I needed the items immediately so I had to cancel the order and buy them elsewhere. There should be a flag advising whether items are in stock or not.

I have no hesitation in using The Plumbstore again. Good prices and very efficient service.

We ordered a radiator through the website which was easy to use and received a confirmation email. A further email was received to confirm the date of our delivery, with details to contact the company if this was inconvenient. I emailed them to request a delivery on the following day and received a reply within 24 hours to say this was fine and it would be delivered on the day I had requested. My husband took delivery of the radiator and he commented how nice and well mannered the man was who made the delivery. Excellent customer service all round. I would definately recommend this company based on my experience so far.
