As someone living in the US, I love that I can shop for clothes and other items are only available in the UK and have them safely stored and shipped to me by The Post Lady. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences and the membership fee has more than paid for itself in savings on shipping costs.

I live in US and love UK brands that unfortunately don’t send here or shipping is outrageous. I am so happy I found The Post Lady service. She makes it so easy to store all the packages and send it to me whenever I am ready. She is so great about repacking and make the weight just right so I don’t have to overspend on extra grams. Highly recommend her services:)

I was so skeptical and hesitant to sign up for a locker. So much so that I waited until after my friend signed up and tried it first! It’s legit and the BEST decision I ever made in terms of shopping for the clothing I love for my kids. I’m able to buy all the UK brands we love and ship them safely to my UK locker until I’m ready to ship onward to my home here in the US. I’ve never had one parcel go missing or unaccounted for! Furthermore, Jema goes out of her way (above and beyond) to answer all questions in a timely manner and even checking on some parcels to insure safe arrival, etc... She is the best! I really need to send her some flowers for all of her kind assistance! Anyhow, If you are like me and unsure or hesitant then listen to my advice and go for it! You won’t be sorry. :)

Excellent service, saves me lots

The post lady has been handling my international parcels for a few years now. She is amazing!!! Every query is dealt with swiftly and her record keeping (and memory) is amazing. Any query is resolved in the same day. Post is safe and arrives perfect.
