The Post Lady is such a great service. First of all it saves me a lot of money, but it also feels very safe as my parcels are stored in a secured location in UK and I can add extra insurance for my parcel when she ships it over to me. Always a fast and personal service, nothing ever went wrong. Highly recommended!

I don't normally write reviews, and i really wanted to share how great PostLady service has been for me since i have moved to Sweden. They truly have been a god send whilst living aboard and still able to purchase goods as many have stopped dispatching abroad. They are very good with communication and l saving alot if money on international postage!!, They work very hard, and they always answer any questions as well as help keep packages to fit container when its large boxes from Amazon. Love Post Lady service! Only regret is not signing up sooner. I’m able to buy from all sorts of shops without paying expensive international shipping every time. Plus her customer service is excellent!

This is the most amazing service ever. Thanks to the Post Lady, I am able to shop at UK and EU stores, B/S/T groups, and eBay to get clothes, toys, and even candy that are would not otherwise be available to me in the United States. I love that my items get safely stored and then sent over, arriving mere days after I request them. When a seller sent me a package without identifying information, the Post Lady was able to figure out that it was mine within a day! The Post Lady is also a magician when it comes to packing. I cannot tell you how many items she was able to get into one box for me, but it was A LOT! This service is worth every penny!

I have recently signed up for The Post Lady services, but even before I signed up they were super helpful in answering questions about buying and shipping in the UK. After I signed up any questions I had were answered very quickly and the whole process is very simple. Now I can easily get things from the UK for a decent rate. I'm very happy!

I’ve been using The Post Lady since last October and it has opened up so many shopping options for me! Not only can I shop the cute and high-quality British brands that aren’t available in the US but I can also shop other European brands too! Jemma is amazing to work with - she is responsive, patient, kind, and a master packer! I’m always shocked how she manages to fit so many things into my boxes. She has removed bulky hangers for me and unboxed/removed excessive packaging to free up space and weight! I really really appreciate her services!

Best service ever!!!

Jemma is friendly, efficient and so thoughtful. She has made things so much easier for me since i moved to Spain from the UK. I can still buy preloved clothes for my kids from my UK Buy/Sell groups, pick up grocery items that i cannot get here and basically send any purchases i make online directly to her. She handles so many parcels with no complaint and even goes out of her way to even went to pick up some Bisto Gravy Granules for me!

I receive all my goods, nicely packaged and delivered to my door within 3-5 days for £22! I save so much money this way as international post can be so expensive. On top of that, she also provides a destash service, I can send her a box of preloved clothes i've sold in the UK and she will post them out for me.
