Great procedure, which proved successful and had me back on my feet very quickly. However, more information and encouragement required to do foot exercises to maximise mobility following this procedure.

From start, to finish, and beyond should I need it, my experience with everyone at The Private Clinic has been nothing short of incredible.
The customer care you receive is brilliant, caring and so personable. My surgeon has been superb, I trusted the Professor (Sandip Hindocha) as soon as I met him and discussed what procedure I was hoping for.
When I had my surgery, all the staff introduced themselves and explained what their role was, all with a smile. I felt safe and looked after the whole time. My night nurse Jean was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met!
Pre and post surgery, appointments were always available and ran to time and all questions were answered quickly on email when I had them. I genuinely cannot thank everyone involved enough for a life changing procedure and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in future, or to recommend their services to anyone. Thank you so much.

The choice, the price, the honesty, the people, time scales, the professionalism. The aftercare, the results, expectations,
I'm annoyed I didn't use them earlier. After seeing the results, I'm already looking at using agsin

The experience has been awful, and this was caused by the deceitful staff who have nothing better to do than slander other clinics when they have serious internal issues themselves. I would recommend everyone to AVOID this charlatan establishment.

My experience relates to treatment received at The Cosmetic Skin Clinic, which operates from this address as part of The Private Clinic Group.
I had been a client for around 10 years. In July 2025 I received treatment from another practitioner while my usual doctor was on maternity leave. Unfortunately something went wrong and my appearance was negatively affected.
My concerns were raised with the clinic but a refund was refused and corrective treatment that had previously been discussed was withdrawn. The matter was escalated to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS) for independent review.
Patients should be aware that the scope of the ISCAS process is limited. It focuses on complaint handling rather than the clinical outcome of treatment, and it cannot require clinics to provide corrective treatment or refunds.
The adjudication process took many months and concluded with a recommendation that the clinic make a goodwill payment of £250 after finding that aspects of the complaint handling did not meet the required standards. Neither corrective treatment or a refund were provided.
Update March 2026:
Following escalation to the CEO of The Private Clinic Group, the £250 goodwill payment recommended by ISCAS has now been provided and I have been offered a further appointment with Dr Christou free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
I appreciate this response after escalation to senior management. However, neither corrective treatment nor a refund had previously been provided during the complaints process itself, and the outcome only progressed after independent adjudication and escalation to the CEO.

I had a breast reduction September 2025, my first appointment was at the Birmingham branch of the private clinic and the team were fantastic, they told me what to expect and the costs, they kept me well update via emails telephone calls and sent a breakdown of costs and when to pay. Dr Helen Antoniadau explain the procedure well and what to expect. Wanda and Rachel were brilliant through out, very helpful if I had any concerns. I could not have asked for a better team, which also includes the lovely team in London, who looked after me after my surgery. I would highly recommend the birmingham branch for a consultation if you’re thinking about getting a breast reduction. From the very first appointment to the last they treat you with respect and care. I could not have asked for more. I would definitely recommend this clinic and team. Final word, the experience has been Superb! Thank you to you all at the private clinic Birmingham. I feel and look fabulous since the surgery! 😊

I called initially and was advised that consultations were free at this time for a limited period. I called the following day to book a consultation and was told the fee would be refunded. My consultation lasted 6 minutes an when i followed up for my refund, I was told it wasn’t refundable, oy redeemable against a procedure!

I’ve been seeing Dr Hanson for about 5 years. I like that his work is very natural, enhancing your natural features and making you look like you, just younger and fresher version. I completely trust his judgement and advice about what would look best.

I had heard of Mr Bianchi's different approach to bunion surgery. I saw him in April 2025 and had surgery a few days later. U had my big toe and 3 other toes attended to.
Mr.Bianchi is a very charming man who takes great pride in his work. He explained what he would do and answered all my questions
I had follow up surgery in January 2026 and I cannot stress enough how kind Mr Bianchi was - always with a ready joke.
Mrs Fiona Casse the Patient Administrator is a very helpful lady who gave of her time to help me with all the queries I had.
The staff at the Private Clinic are very courteous and helpful.

Great standard of surgery.
Great staff - surgeon, anaesthetist and nurses were all lovely and very talented.

From booking my initial consultation with Mr Bianchi to having my bunion procedure, the staff at the Private Clinic were friendly and reassuring.
Mr Bianchi has done such a great job on my bunion and on realigning all my toes. I now have a lovely straight foot and am getting back to walking normally. The procedure is surprisingly quick and you don’t feel a thing! You can walk in a special shoe immediately after surgery but need to take it easy for a few days.
I have already booked to have my other foot done. I cannot recommend Mr Bianchi and the Private Clinic highly enough.

I've had bunion and hammer toe removal done on both feet by Mr Bianchi. The procedures were well explained in the pre assessment, I could choose the date of surgery. The surgery itself was fine, the local anaesthetic worked very well, the after care was good. I've got two nice straight feet now and am very happy with the result

I have mixed feelings about TPC. The surgeon M Mouzakis, who I did lots of research on and chose as he trained under the creater of the procedure that I had carried out, and support staff (Rachel and Wanda) were very nice and helpful. But the pre and post op care leave a lot to be desired. Having advised them 5 months ahead of my procedure about some medication I was then asked only 4 weeks ahead of my procedure to get written advice from my medication consultant - all rushed and last minute which was unnecessary. I was given 3 contradictory sets of instructions for pre and post op care - one verbal from the pre op assessor, another different set of advice by way of written care and then the surgeon gave completely different advice ! The post op care isn’t the best. I’ve had my post op appointment with the surgeon cancelled 3 times - twice 20/30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment so my time has been wasted. Would I recommend them - maybe. Would I use them again - no.

I have waited a long time to write this review of the Private Clinic while I anticipated the resolution of a claim made against them for negligence.
At the end of 2025 the clinic finally settled my claim out of court, paying me damages.
I had laser treatment on my face that resulted in a blister and scabbing approximately 15mm x 10mm on the bridge of my nose. This scabbing lasted six weeks and has left me with a permanent, very apparent scar.
The clinic initially refused to accept any liability for this, only agreeing to look into the matter when I threatened legal action.
Their first response to my complaint was extremely dismissive with the front office manager (not a medical professional) asserting that “Epidermal crusting, wound and scarring are all possible side effects of IPL.”
During my assessment for treatment, I had been informed by the nurse carrying out the procedure that the sensation felt during IPL laser treatment would be akin to a “snap” from an elastic band on the skin. At no point did she do a patch test with the laser equipment she intended to use.
At the scheduled session, the first part of the treatment seemed to proceed without issue; the laser did indeed feel like a short “snap’ against the skin. Only when the nurse proceeded to work on my nose did it all go wrong. Whatever piece of equipment she used caused extreme pain and burned my skin severely (I do not know if it was the same piece of equipment used throughout the entire procedure).
At a follow-up meeting to discuss the scarring, the nurse expressed great regret at the outcome of the treatment, while the clinic manager sat in silence, obviously not wanting to incriminate the clinic in any way.
After much stonewalling re remedial treatment and/or compensation I was forced to initiate legal proceedings, having grown extremely frustrated with the hitherto terrible response.
A while after initiating my claim, I was fobbed off with an insulting offer of compensation that would not even cover the cost of any remedial treatment that I may have wished to take elsewhere.
As stated above, at the end of 2025, the clinic eventually offered me a financial settlement that was acceptable to me; though the main reason I accepted is that I am moving abroad this year and could not wait any longer to resolve this matter.
The Private Clinic is an absolute disgrace. I am utterly disgusted at the attitude of the staff during the entire process of claim and counterclaim. The nurse who carried out the treatment should not be allowed to practice such procedures. She has possibly left me scarred for life; I do not know if the scarring on my nose will ever fade.
Each day when I look in the mirror to brush my teeth I am reminded of the disgusting, shameful response from the Private Clinic and the ineptitude of all involved.
In short, do not go anywhere near the Private Clinic.

Dr Mouzakis made me feel very comfortable talking about my Lipedema. I am very thankful for the support on my Vaser liposuction for Lipedema. The Birmingham team have been so friendly and helpful. Rachel was very fast to respond to my emails and answer any questions I had. It has truly been a life changing procedure for me.

I have lipodema and had vaser liposuction and renuvion treatment on my upper arms preformed by Dr Mouzakis. I visited the clinic based in Birmingham where the staff are so welcoming, Wanda Booth and Rachel Moore have looked after me throughout the process so far and have answered all questions and concerns. Dr Mouzakis was very welcoming and explained everything clearly and gave me all the best options to consider for my condition before going ahead with surgery. The results 2 months on are great and cant wait to see the final results in 12 months time. I can’t recommend the clinic enough and would definitely visit again if I need further surgery in the future.

I’d like to start by thanking Kerry-Ann Walsh for her outstanding support and organisation throughout my surgeries — she’s professional, caring, and full of positivity, truly an asset to The Private Clinic.
I underwent Vaser liposuction (Dr. Michael Mouzakis) and a revision abdominoplasty (Dr. Giuseppe Di Taranto). While the overall care was good, the Vaser lipo (£7,500) felt unnecessary, as the same areas were treated again during the abdominoplasty (£16,000). I expected more honest, results-focused guidance — such as advising on fat loss through diet and exercise beforehand to maximise results and avoid redundant procedures.
My main concern is with my consultation with Dr. Di Taranto. As someone extremely fit and athletic, I explained that my goal was to achieve six-pack definition. I was told this would be “impossible” due to skin quality and previous weight loss — yet through diet and exercise, I now have visible abs, proving it was not impossible after all. A more supportive and informed explanation would have been far more appropriate.
That said, I can’t fault his surgical skill or aftercare — the tummy tuck was performed well and restored much of my confidence.
Overall, The Private Clinic offers skilled surgery and caring staff, but could improve by providing more transparent, patient-focused advice that truly supports clients in reaching their goals.

Before my surgery I was incredibly self conscious and ashamed of my body and then I met Mr Fazel and with his words of encouragement I am a completely new person with new body confidence I never knew was possible. The results are amazing and I’m so grateful for everything he has done. The staff after my surgery were amazing there is not enough praise I could possibly give. So, if you are struggling with self confidence like I was due to your breast size I highly recommend you take that leap of faith and book your surgery with Mr Fazel because I guarantee you won’t regret it.
Thank you again Mr Fazel for the amazing results you have given me 🩷
