Extremely courteous and warm service. Just three weeks after my Brazilian Abdominoplasty, I went in today to have my dressings removed and photos taken; the early results are wonderful. During my stay in the hospital for the procedure, everything went smoothly. With 36 years of experience working in the NHS, I can genuinely affirm that the attention and care from every staff member were exceptional. I am eagerly anticipating the final results over the next year.

I reached out to learn more about their hair transplant services, and I was impressed by the outstanding aftercare they provide. They offered ample information, responded swiftly, and assisted both before and after the procedure. I wholeheartedly suggest considering them for these services.

Michael and Kerry have been so helpful and kind to me throughout the process of my VASER liposuction surgeries for lipedema - it’s something I’ve always felt very self-conscious about but they both made me feel very comfortable. I have been really pleased the the professionalism of all the staff at the Birmingham Clinic. I am just over 5 weeks post op and I couldn't be happy with the results. I did a lot of research and decided that this was by far the best clinic. My surgeon Ms Helena Antoniadou has been fantastic and she really took on board my concerns about what results I wanted. I would highly recommend the the clinic and the surgeon.

Exceptional Experience and Outstanding Results – Highly Recommended

I recently underwent a bilateral otoplasty with conchal bowl reduction at the London Harley Street Clinic, and I could not be more delighted with the entire experience. From my very first consultation, Mr. Loyd demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and genuine consideration. He took the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly, ensuring I felt fully informed and confident in my decision.

On the day of my surgery, Mr. Loyd and his entire team were absolutely fantastic. I was looked after with the highest level of care, and the state-of-the-art facilities further reassured me that I was in the best possible hands. The team’s kindness, attentiveness, and calm approach made what could have been a daunting day feel remarkably smooth and comfortable.

The results have truly exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with the outcome and feel an incredible boost in confidence. For the first time, I can wear my hair in a variety of hairstyles without hesitation, which has been life-changing for me.

Mr. Loyd also went above and beyond with aftercare. He was extremely accommodating when it came to arranging follow-up appointments, ensuring they worked seamlessly with my very busy schedule—something I appreciated immensely.

Dr Bianchi made the whole process easy and seamless.
He explained everything that would happen and the whole experience was great. I have to say that I was a bit sceptical at how quickly things would be fine after the procedure but I have to say the timelines are realistic I am now seven weeks post procedure and no bandages or dressings and wearing normal shoes again. My pain and discomfort was minimal following the procedure and no real issues whatsoever.
The whole experience was five star all the staff were amazing and lovely and I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Bianchi and his team.

Successful treatment on my right foot bunion ( left foot treated 5 year ago with equal success) Standards at the clinic are very high and Mr Bianchi is an outstanding surgeon. After care excellent with follow up phone call and visits to clinic.

Mr di Taranto is an amazing surgeon, he made me feel very relaxed in a situation which was personal and anxious where surgery was taking place. The results, I'm really pleased with and I felt so supported by Stefania in the aftercare, she is so comforting and careful.

I did feel Lucy was hard to get hold of when making a request to purchase additional garments, but the new customer service team are quick, responsive and kind.

I got an otoplasty with Mr Mark Lloyd in April this year. He is so knowledgable and puts you at ease. You know you are in safe hands with him, he is very down to earth and friendly making you feel comfortable from the first consultation to the surgery itself and the follow ups. I am in love with my results, it has given me the biggest confidence boost. All the staff at the private clinic are friendly and professional, I would highly recommend. Thank you Mr Lloyd!

Dr Hansen is brilliant. Absolute professional who understands his clients and helps them achieve the results they want to see. The clinic itself is deserving of its Harley Street location and associated brand.

I had a breast lift and reduction with Adrian Richards in February 2024. Before surgery, it was pointed out that one breast was slightly larger than the other, but I was reassured this would be corrected.

Soon after the operation, I noticed significantly more swelling on one side. I was told this was normal and to let it settle. Once the bandages were removed, however, it was obvious that one breast was still larger, the nipples were uneven in size and position, and one breast sat lower than the other.

After several follow-up meetings, it was acknowledged there were issues, and a corrective surgery was booked for August 2024. Unfortunately, even after the second operation and full healing, the same problems remained.

I then had an extremely uncomfortable meeting with Mr Richards, during which various options were mentioned — including a second opinion, further surgery with another surgeon, or possible fat removal. When I asked if he was satisfied with the results, he told me they were “an improvement but not perfect.” His manner was dismissive, and although he later apologised for this in writing, the experience left me feeling unsupported.
I explained a third surgery was not an option as I have significant scarring that still remains to this day as well as the emotional stress it caused my family and myself.

I escalated my concerns further, but the outcome was that I was made to sign a statement acknowledging potential asymmetry and sizing issues. I am now pursuing the matter with lawyers. To make matters worse, The Private Clinic have recently been ignoring my emails requesting further copies of my paperwork, which is unacceptable.

Absolutely disgraceful service — I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before choosing this clinic.

Breast Enlargement Review – The Private Clinic, Birmingham

I began my breast enlargement journey in July 2025, although it’s something I had been considering since I was around 18 or 19 years old. From my very first consultation to my most recent follow-up, I have been nothing short of impressed.

From the moment I arrived at the private clinic for my consultation with Mr. Mark Llyords, I was made to feel completely at ease. He explained the entire process clearly, showing me what to expect and how my ears would look after surgery. His calm and professional manner really reassured me.

On the day of the surgery, I was naturally nervous and unsure of what to expect. However, Mark immediately put me at ease. He even played relaxing music in the theatre room, which helped me stay calm, and he constantly checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the procedure. The operation itself was pain-free, and I was surprised at how relaxed I felt. The surgical staff were kind, caring, and professional, making the whole experience even more positive.

I would like to leave a review for Angela Darlington, who organised my pre-op assessment and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From our very first communication, she has been nothing short of exceptional—attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. She always made me feel that no question was too small or insignificant, and she consistently responded with reassurance and clarity, which really helped ease any anxieties I had. Angela is truly outstanding at her job and is a real asset to the clinic.

I also want to highlight the fantastic experience I had with Nurse Stefania and her assistant nurse (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). I have always been extremely nervous about blood tests due to years of difficult experiences, but this was by far the smoothest and most comfortable one I have ever had. Stefania immediately put me at ease—her warm, friendly, and reassuring manner made me feel calm and safe. She was clearly very skilled and experienced; the process was so gentle that I barely felt it at all. I honestly wish every nurse could provide the same level of care and expertise—she is truly remarkable.

Overall, my experience with the clinic so far has been outstanding. I feel incredibly grateful to be going through this process with such compassionate, professional, and supportive people. I would highly recommend the clinic, and I cannot thank Angela, Stefania, and the team enough for making what could have been a stressful time feel so positive.
