I have been going to this clinic for years. I first had a procedure done many years ago and I currently use their cosmetic/skin department.
I am very happy with Doctor Hanson and I can only recommend him.

My experience as an inpatient when I had my surgery was seamless. As a Health Professional who has worked in NHS for over 36 years I can honestly say the care that I received was outstanding from ever single member of staff .

Had a fantastic experience at the private clinic, the staff couldn’t have made me feel more welcome during my stay and the service was perfect. I would like to say a massive thank you to Ron, Umar, Jean & Sitan who looked after me post surgery and couldn’t have done more for me. Tamra who has been my main point of contact during the procedure has also been so helpful whenever I’ve needed any questions answered. So thank you again! Dr Rochira who performed my surgery was also very helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

I would strongly advise against considering the private clinic in Birmingham, save your £100 consultation fee and go elsewhere. Having been advised of an hour consultation, I was given just 10 minutes, in which a maximum of 60 seconds was given to ‘inspect’ my hairline, which is seemingly enough time for the surgeon to produce an accurate quote and understanding of the exact amount of hairs required; a very disappointing consultation with no care or interest in the patient. If you’re about to spend thousands on something you’ve been thinking about for years, you don’t decide to go with someone who only has 10 minutes for you and no client care. Frustrating and disappointing!

I had cool sculpting treatment about 7/8 weeks ago around my abdomen area. The treatment and process was clearly explained by Emma and all my questions answered! I was really struggling to “firm up” this area and needed to loose a few pounds. After 4/5 weeks I started to see the results and now after 8 weeks have lost nearly half a stone. I’m more comfortable in my clothing and others have noticed the difference. Really happy with my results so far & with the service and support given by Emma.

After considering rhinoplasty for over 15 years, I finally decided to take the leap. Choosing Dr. Dario Rochira at The Private Clinic was, without a doubt, the best decision of my life.

From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. The lovely patient coordinator was so kind and attentive, immediately calming my nerves. When I met Dario, he greeted me with the warmest smile, and the consultation itself was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. He took the time to draw diagrams, explain the functionality of the nose, what could realistically be achieved, and what the procedure and recovery would entail. He even showed me a simulation of the potential results, while also carefully managing expectations.

What stood out most was how genuinely comfortable Dario made me feel. I was never rushed. I had the space to share my goals, and he listened so attentively while offering clear, honest information. In the lead-up to surgery, I had several check-in points with The Private Clinic, and every single question I had was answered thoroughly. I felt totally prepared and supported.

A special thank you to Tam and Ulla at reception at Fitzroy for being so warm and helpful, and to my anaesthetist, Moeen, who made me feel safe and informed on the day of surgery. That really mattered to me as I was nervous about going under. Dario also came to see me again that morning to recap everything, which was so reassuring.

The surgery itself was such a smooth experience. I remember gently drifting off and then waking up in recovery, where I was looked after with such care. The very next day, I received a check-in call from the nurse, and to my surprise, my recovery was super straightforward. I had no pain and very minimal swelling. Of course, everyone heals differently, but I believe Dario’s precise and careful approach played a huge role.

Now, two weeks later, I’ve seen my early results and I’m completely in awe. Even with some swelling, I can already tell how beautifully natural the result is. I genuinely think it’s one of the best rhinoplasty outcomes I’ve ever seen, and I’ve spent years looking at them online. I’m so happy he truly listened and respected what I wanted.

The care at The Private Clinic was exceptional. The operating suites were spotless and modern, and every member of staff I interacted with was kind, professional, and warm. I’m so excited to watch the results continue to refine over time.

If you’re debating whether or not to go ahead, just do it. Dr. Dario Rochira is not only an outstanding surgeon but also an incredibly compassionate and skilled professional. I couldn’t be happier.

I came to the private client for breast implants and an uplift.

I was really nervous to start with but Wanda and Helena made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted to achieve.

I paid and booked for an appointment in advance . I waited 30 mins and the appointment lasted barely 5 mins as the surgeon couldnt help me (he was rude) the money and my time could all have been saved by the clinic asking some simple questions beforehand. I guess that way they wouldnt have made any money
