The hospital and the service at the hospital that the Private Clinic use, The Fitzroy Square Hospital, was absolutely fantastic, and a million times better than an experience that I had the year before during a procedure at the St John & Elizabeth Hospital in St John's Wood. The staff at the hospital could not do enough to make me feel comfortable and reassured, and the surgeon, Dr Guiseppe Taranto was so reassuring and experienced in recommending and carrying out the right procedure for my desired outcome. Lucy Bennett the patient co-ordinator at the Private Clinic, was the sole reason why I was finally able to find the right surgeon for my procedure, after having had 3 consultations elsewhere. I would highly recommend the Private Clinic and I would not hesitate to go back for further procedures.

Cool sculpting success
I had cool sculpting on my chin to reduce the “double chin” appearance I naturally had. I have been thoroughly impressed with the results. I am 6 weeks post treatment and can see an impeccable difference to the fat loss on my face.
One session has been excellent with Vicki at Northampton, and I am confident that I may not need another session when I attend my 12week follow up. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Excellent experience
Both Mr Mouzakis and Kerry-Ann kept me well informed of all aspects of the procedure being carried out. All my questions were answered promptly and with great detail, which made the whole evolution flow with ease. They were both very easy to speak to and I never felt under pressure or unsure at any point.

Mr Bianchi explained everything clearly and the whole process was easy, painless, and very successful. I would highly recommend the operation, if you have bunions. I didn’t feel any pain once the anaesthetic wore off - and didn’t need any painkillers.
Mr Bianchi is a great surgeon.

I would definately recommend the Private Clinic
What I loved about my experience from the start was the friendliness of the staff. Mr Bianchi's sense of humour put me at ease too. The procedure was explained in detail and I had the opportunity to ask questions, not only during the initial consultation but throughout the procedure itself. All of the nursing staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. The aftercare was super helpful and it supported me to know someone was only a phone call or email away if I had any issues.

Amazing Experience with Dr. Adrian Richards & Team
I had my breast reduction surgery on January 27, 2025, with Dr. Adrian Richards, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was caring and professional, making me feel comfortable at every appointment. On surgery day, I was nervous, but the nurses, anesthetist, and Dr. Richards reassured me with their kindness and expertise.
Recovery was smoother than I expected, with minimal pain, and now I feel more confident and motivated in my daily life. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team , dr Adrian Richard and highly recommend them!

The booking team basically sold me the…
The booking team basically sold me the dream. I was interested in a mini facelift and as a smoker this is difficult to arrange but the team assured me the surgeon they booked me in to see was a bit for accommodating to smokers. I paid £100 for the consultation, booked the day of work, travelled to Harley Street and the surgeon said they don't operate on smokers. Total waste of time and money. They did say they would investigate what happened but still no feed back.

Kelly Morrell, the expert you need to see…
Kelly Morrell is arguably the most experienced and knowledgeable person working in hair restoration. There isn't any treatments she hasn't seen or performed. She uses her own evidence to suggest the best treatment for her clients. If you are not sure what would work best for you then she is the person to go to. The results I got for the Calecim treatment I had with her were way beyond my expectations. I have been to the private clinic on many occasions now because trust and expertise are the biggest factors for me. Kelly is both of these things.

I recently underwent Otoplasty surgery with Mr Lloyd to re-shape my ear, I’d always been insecure about my ears for as long as I could remember, I always felt they were a very pointed shape and had always longed to have them more round.
After visiting other surgeons prior to Mr Llyod, I was left feeling deflated and unhopeful about achieving my desired ear shape, and felt it would never be possible
After visiting Mr Lloyd he was very honest about the success of the surgery and the results he would be able to achieve. He more than exceeded my expectations I couldn’t believe the results I never thought I’d be able to have my ears the shape they are now! Not only did he do an amazing job of the surgery but he installed a confidence in me that I never thought I’d have the opportunity to feel.
To anyone considering undergoing the surgery I can’t recommend enough, you won’t regret it! Glad I opted for The Private Clinic
The best thing about my experience was Mr Bianchi himself. His lively, engaging manner, coupled with his detailed and knowledgeable explanations made me feel completely confident that he would take good care of me. The results of my bunion surgery are very pleasing - the toe almost perfectly straight - and I was given good after-care advice. All the staff I encountered were warm and helpful and I would recommend the services of this clinic. My only issue was the requirement to travel to London for both reviews as well as the surgery, which added considerable time and expense. My initial consultation was in Bournemouth and it would have been helpful to me to go there for my reviews too.

Bunion removal
From my first appointment all of the team were friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease.
My first consultation with Mr Bianchi was informative. Mr Bianchi took an x-ray and explained how he can take my bunion away and answered all my questions.
I decided to go ahead.
The day of my procedure was well organised and I was treated with kindness as I was nervous on arrival.
All went well. Having the nerve blocks was not pleasant but I did not feel a thing during the operation.
I walked out of the hospital.
My follow up appointment to have my banaging removed was fine and the nurse was friendly and professional. She then clearly explained and showed me how to use tape on my foot which I need to do until I see Mr Bianchi.
I walking from day one and have only taken paracetamol and ibuprofen.
I have another appointment to see Mr Bianchi to have an x-ray which is two weeks after having the banage removed.
So far in my journal has been ok.
I have to wait to see if my foot is pain free as It has only been 5 weeks since my operation. From my experience so far I recommend Mr Bianchi.
