Poor customer service
Recieved an email to state my delivery would be with me the next day or a few days. However a week later I am still waiting on my delivery. Emailed the email address and no one has got back to me.

Bought goods through Wowcher. Used voucher on 25th June - 5 days delivery. July 5th email to say goods have been dispatched. 11th July emailed supplier to say goods have still not been received. Received email 12th July to say goods have been dispatched and should be with you in the next day or so. Unacceptable customer service!!!!!!
