These supplements are I te highest quality, I have previously purchased from protein lab .com in the past for the outstanding results of their producs at a very reasonable coat, I have referred your company to my family members whom are also now members. I live in Japan. The Protein Lab is a company that ships to Japan. The site allowed me to order 5kg of protein to be shipped to Japan without stopping me at the checkout, when the company knew that only 1kg would pass through Japanese customs. I did not not this. A week passed by with no contact from TPL, when I see on my bank statement that my purchase was refunded. No email or notification from TPL about this. I contacted the company and they told me the situation about customs. They refunded me the money for the purchase, but I'm still out 5 quid for shipping and the international transaction. AND no protein. Big waste of my time. TPL should install safety nets or red flags on their site that will stop any unknowing customer from ordering something he or she will never receive due to international laws.

Tastes great (vanilla) and mixes really easily. Too early to comment on any results as only received delivery a week ago. For future reference need to order two weeks in advanceny so as not have any dry spells.

I placed my order through living social on the 24th of march and I haven't received my order yet! They said i would have it by the 7th of april and they haven't arrived!!

I purchased voucher from living social, went on the site to obtain my order. Received a confirmation e mail, then received a dispatch e mail but no product has arrived three weeks after placing order. Correspondence very slow.
