I have paid and ordered my product on the 25th June and today it is 11th July and I still don't have it. I did speak to a customer adviser saying that I should receive it soon, but I am not happy with delivery so far.

I renewed a wowcher for raspberry ketone last week with this website and only received the conformation email of my purchase a week later, after the website had stated that delivery would be a maximum of 5 working days. I still have had no word on the current status of my order and it has now been 10 days. I would never buy anything from here again

The money was removed from my account instantly but Still waiting for product 1 week after bring ordered. Even by Royal Mail standards this is unacceptable !!!

Bought this in the 2kg size flavour vanilla, opened when arrived it was in large lumps & cannot get to go into a powder. Have tried twice but now given up as don't like lumpy shakes
