I bought from you through Amazon and requested a refund countless times, but you never refunded me. The item arrived damaged, and you didn’t even arrange a collection. Instead, I was expected to pay £44 to return your damaged item.

Good experience choosing a ramp
My call was dealt with by a very helpful and knowledgeable lady who helped me order the best ramp for my property. The ramp arrived much sooner than expected which was greatly appreciated. Putting it together was quite challenging but it is now being used and is really fit for purpose. The height adjustment was something I wanted but couldn’t find elsewhere and the collapsing inside ramp to enable the door to be closed when ramp not in use, is very clever
