We bought the metal hoods through the website and they were delivered a few days. We used them in a Rigid PIR insulated ceiling to prevent air from the roof space entering the room, also seems have reduced the amount of sound travel from outside. Will be ordering some of the plastic hoods for the grd floor lights to improve the accoustics between floors.

Three of the hoods had pieces broken of them. Can't tell if it happened in transit or in packing,otherwise hood serves its purpose.

My original order arrived very promptly,unfortunately it turned out I required the larger size Thermahood cover (my fault entirely).I phoned the Company explained the situation and was told no problem,I returned the original package and larger replacements very promptly arrived I just had to pay postage to and from the factory,which I considered a great service.
