Careful! Packages to be send out of the UK will NOT ARRIVE at their destination. Seller doesn't answer calls, E-Mails, nothing. Nothing but a rip-off!

Beautiful selection of perfumes, delivery within given time frame and package wrapped with attention to detail (handwritten notes are a lovely touch and make you feel like a VIP in a high end boutique).
I’ve received complimentary samples, two of which I already love and considering full bottles! RIP my bank account.

It was my first purchase from this website and I was very happy with their service overall. Order arrived within the given delivery time frame. Great communication and friendly staff. They give a few free samples with test strips and a couple of handwritten notes which is very nice of them :)

Bought a Teo Cabanel discovery set which arrived very promptly via Royal Mail. Nicely presented set including smelling strips. Went on to order 2 bottles - these also arrived quickly. Both orders included a few free samples. Recommend.

Unfortunately, not a pleasant first experience with this company. Purchased a Teo Cabanel fragrance on Friday 15.01.21 and money was taken from my account on the Monday. Waited until the Wednesday to contact, asking when the item would be dispatched. Told by customer service that item was being packed and would be dispatched the following day. This did not happen. Had to contact again, after which I was told the stock was held up at customs (a different excuse) and was refunded. I can find nowhere on their site that states that orders come from Europe. On the plus side, Customer service were very polite, but impossible to contact by phone.

The people at Scent City are lovely, efficient and very sweet people. Everything they did was, in my eyes, absolutely perfect customer service. Not only did I feel like a valued customer, but it also felt genuine. Despite this difficult 2020/21 period, they clearly have not lost any tact and dignity that is so easy to lose right now. My product was obviously packaged with meticulous care and thought, and despite not expecting any free samples, all three that you sent were perfect and yet unknown to me. I had never heard of Scent City before my purchase, and despite the fact that I knew what I wanted to buy before finding them, I now have a better reason to visit the site and take my time to browse through it properly next time. You have gained a lifelong customer in me - I buy fragrances often, but now I have a place to go whenever I need any, rather than shopping in different places at once. When I have more disposable income, I'll be back in a hurry! Thank you, Scent City!

My shopping experience with Scent City has been ordering a few samples, but this is just such a good business that I will not hesitate to buy my fragrances from them in future. Not only did they send me the samples that I chose to buy, they allowed me to add a couple of free samples to my order at checkout. Also, and this was a truly charming touch, the samples arrived with a hand-written personal note suggesting when the fragrances that I was interested in might be worn.

Delivered quicker than expected. The lady kindly included extra sample to try different perfume with her hand written card included. Very nice!

Overall happy with Scent City and will most likely use them again in the future.
I've knocked off one star as four days passed before my item was despatched, which seemed a bit slow to me.
I did communicate with them at this point, and they responded quickly and properly, so not really a negative, but enough to prevent me giving them a perfect score. Very good though.
