Scent City Reviews 

It's a shame that The Scent City's Trustpilot page has been tarnished with reviews for something that doesn't concern them!

I ordered a sample and received 2 free samples, of same measurement, and free delivery.

Delivery was within 5 days and the hand written note was the cherry on the exceptional customer service cake!

I will definitely be shopping with you in the very near future and I hope that Trustpilot removes the incorrect "scam" reviews!

I had to write a review after I had such a wonderful shopping experience like Claudia in the review below did too. I had not read any previous reviews prior to placing my order as I felt confident I would have a positive experience based on the professional layout of the website and information they provided on there. Well, Scent City actually exceeded my expectations on fulfillment of my order. Firstly, my perfume was delivered ahead of the expected delivery time which is always a bonus. More importantly it was the personal touch and thought that went into the package that I received that made all the difference to make a customer want to return and shop with that company again. As well as the perfume I ordered,I received three wonderful perfume samples,one of which I hadn't expected.
This was the best online shopping experience I have ever had and I'm not exaggerating! Scent city has a brilliant selection of niche perfumes, some of which you cannot find elsewhere in the UK. I highly recommend Scent City and look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

I wasn´t sure what to expect when I decided to order online at ScentCity, because I saw the not so great ratings on here. I´m usually not the type to write online reviews for shops, but I had such a good experience with ScentCity that I feel a review is really in order! Opening the package from the shop was an absolute joy - two handwritten notes, one of the expertly describing the samples included. I was so so happy and surprised about the generosity of ScentCity to include several complimentary high end samples. I can´t wait to try them out now. Also, when I had a question, I wrote to the customer service and they replied very quickly and were super helpful and knowledgeable. I will absolutely order again at ScentCity (in fact, I can´t wait) and would recommend it to everyone.

Hugely and highly recommended! I feel almost compelled to post this review (and it's completely unsolicited) to reassure any prospective shoppers who've read some of the reviews below. Scent City have already addressed the issues that've been raised, so this is just to say I couldn't be happier with this company. Great prices, very quick dispatch and easy to track, along with quality fragrance samples of my choice. A fully deserved five stars!

First of all, I am shocked to see all these claims that this website is a scam. I’ve ordered from them 5 times in the last 3 months and I’ve had incredible service and 4/5 times incredibly quick delivery (even during the covid crisis). For one of the orders, there was a slight delay and when I emailed them they responded immediately and took care of it in the end. They offer amazing discounts and a great selection of truly niche products. For my first order I got a hand written note with suggestions on what else would be good. They often slip in a bonus sample for you to explore something different. What more can I say? I’m a customer for life now.

Quick delivery, good customer service, love the perfume I bought. In Love with the Ramon Molvizar scents!

My package was sent to my sister in Australia (I ordered it from New Zealand) and it went to her house, she was unfortunately on holiday and did not get back 10 days later. She had a card to go to the post shop in Wodonga. She went in to collect it and apparently it went back. Really disappointed and frustrated as I now cannot find it and no-one can help me.....would you help?? Please and thank you.
