Birthday surprises
Items ordered, received confirmation email and despatched email promptly, quick delivery. One item is for a 21st birthday, so was anxious if not liked coukd they be exchanged, a very nice compliment slip confirmed as long as they are not worn an exchange can be made. Will find out this week if they the ideal present.
Strangely though placed a second order and although emailed to say not received confirmation etc. Items did arrive a day or so longer than first time. Emails still not arrived, but goods have. All nicely packaged. Happy customer and would recommend 😉

Ordered a Trollbeads charm very Happy with it exactly as expected
It took a while to arrive but that’s because “free post is second class !
So if your in a hurry to receive your items I’d advise pay for your delivery!
