Website is great

Website is great, very informative and easy to use, which lead to me buying a superb Iseya petty knife. It came in good time despite the current situation, and damn is it a joy to use! Saving up for the next one!

A beautiful knife at a reasonable…

A beautiful knife at a reasonable price. The item was well packaged and delivery was acceptable. The only bit of minor constructive feedback I’d offer is that I ordered the item on Sunday and it was dispatched on Tuesday (I’d have expected Monday) but there may be numerous good reasons for this.

Hi Daniel, many thanks for your custom and your constructive feedback.

The simple reason for this is that on a Monday we have orders from Friday night and the whole weekend to prepare, which is a much larger workload than any other day. We have to prioritise orders placed first, so Friday and Saturday orders, therefore sometime orders placed on a Sunday will be fulfilled on a Tuesday depending on volume. This is still nicely inside our policies and can hopefully be met with understanding.

As a small family run business we can't always keep up with the speed of companies like Amazon. However I have to say I like to think we have remained more consistent through lockdown which we are very proud of.

Thank you for your feedback, we'll certainly look at other options.

As we're UK based, shipping abroad, like to Greece in your case, isn't something we include other options for at the moment. We are likely to include DHL international as a faster option in the next month or so.

As a relatively young, small but growing business we have concentrated on promoting ourselves in the UK only at the moment, but we do still attract quite a bit of business from Europe. We are starting to concentrate on developing that. However, now we have left the EU (sadly) selling in to Europe will become harder, so we have to be cautious.

I have bought the Iseya set and Nakiri…

I have bought the Iseya set and Nakiri from them. Delivery was quick, packaged well. I contacted them and communication was excellent. My next order was for the sheaths to store them and I cheekily asked for a discount as I had spent quite a bit with them. The owner created a basket for me with the correct sheaths for my knives and they were dispatched and received in good time also.
