High standard of quality and fit
Very happy with my shutters, really good quality too. My house is old and the windows aren't always as square as they're supposed to be but they still managed to make the shutters a perfect fit.

This company is excellent. They are professional, likeable, understanding and - rare in this day and age - if you contact them they get back to you fast. The selection of shutters and quality is top notch, and I felt that I had a really good choice that I actually understood. In terms of process, you get a house visit with measurements, you can view the options as samples and the quote was fast and reasonable. Really happy with my shutters and am going to get other windows done in due course.

We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful new shutters - they look fabulous. The service that we have received from the first contact to completion has been both friendly and very professional. There was no pressure to buy once we had received the quotation, but having seen the quality of the product and at such a reasonable price, we did not hesitate to order. Andy who fitted our shutters was extremely conscientious and has done a beautiful job. He was very easy to have in the house and even tidied up afterwards 🙌

Excellent - 5 star service and product!
The Shutter Shed can't be recommended highly enough. Sean and Paula were a delight to deal with. Sean's expertise in this field was evident - the measuring and fitting of our new shutters was perfect. This was our second purchase of shutters - the first purchase from another company in Chester was disappointing and, in hindsight, now that we have used The Shutter Shed, the previous shutters were extremely poor quality. Can't fault the quality of the materials used by The Shutter Shed. We had to wait a while for installation (only due to Covid, Brexit, etc etc) but it was worth the wait!!

Excellent measuring service followed up…
Excellent measuring service initially to ensure we got the shutters that we need - lots ofconsultation and explanation to make sure we were happy with the proposal to fit shutters in a very particular circumstance. Whilst the wait for the shutters was overly long, the installation was excellent with great comunication again from Sean and a really good finished result. From other quotes we had Shutter Shed were the only ones to really demonstrate a technical understanding of what we needed and also they were very reasonably priced in comparison. Definitely recommend.recommend.

If you are thinking of going anywhere else for your shutters, then don’t bother. I have dealt with Shutter Shed on several occasions & each time they have been brilliant. My shutters look amazing so much so that people have knocked on my door asking which company fitted them. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect, highly recommended
So happy with my shutters. Even my husband, who wasn't so keen at first, agrees they're a striking transformation.
From the initial request to receive a quote, measurements being taken, and all options thoroughly discussed prior to fitting, the whole process including communication was first class.
Sean was thorough and cleaned all the areas where he'd worked taking into account safety measures regarding the virus.
I would highly recommend The Shutter Shed.
