My items far exceeded my expectation.

I placed an order for a pair of Aperol slippers for a Christmas gift. After trying them on it was apparent that they were much smaller than the stated size. Be warned that as many of the other reviews say the sizing guide is very misleading!

I requested an exchange for the next size up but after sending them back they were deemed unsaleable.
Considering the slippers were only tried on for size it is concerning that the sole material had degraded in such a way that they were unsaleable!

The quality of the slippers does not match their premium price point. I had high hopes for their products based on the online presentation and claims of being ‘handmade by small-scale artisans’ however on receiving the slippers I could tell the craftsmanship and materials were of inferior quality, for example the sparing amount of glue used to attach the sheepskin trims and the overly large stitching holes in the soles.

My experience was managed badly by their customer service and I was met with a stone walled response.
Unhelpful and poor form for a small business, expected much better. Spend your money elsewhere, you have been warned!

My annual gift to self! Love the products, in particular the slippers. beautifully made, beautiful in style - a touch of luxury on these cold winter mornings. Great service from UX on the site, through to speed of delivery.

First parcel lost in post, but quick reply to e.mail enquiring about it and the parcel was resent quickly after Christmas

Lovely pretty little slippers

Having placed the order over the weekend our package arrived early in the week neat and tidy and all in good order.
It's a present so hopefully we will be delighted with the contents!!

My slippers are gorgeous and warm.
Been searching for such perfection for many years.

Too many other companies claim their sheepskin slippers are pure, when in fact they are not - synthetic insoles etc.

I was initially worried I had ordered the wrong size, as they were rather snug, but after watching the video online, I worked in my slippers and they are a perfect fit.
