So pleased with the set of cinnamon bark candle houses I purchased. They are beautiful! I have ordered several things over the past few years and think your selection is wonderful (quilt, sheepskin throw, slippers, pillow covers) I also appreciate how everything is carefully packed. I had really prompt and helpful advice on the fit for the mittens I bought and the mittens themselves are absolutely gorgeous and arrived promptly. I would get everything if I didn’t actually live in the tropics. Would definitely recommend the store to anyone!

The item I purchased arrived quickly
The item I purchased arrived quickly. I thought the quality of my slippers could have been better. I had to trim two small pieces of leather from a seam area the were poking and irritating my foot which made for an uncomfortable fit. Once trimmed, the fur covered the area I had to trim off. I’ve happily got them on my feet right now. Attention to detail is best. No one would have known about the problem unless someone put a bare foot inside. Perhaps this should be part of manufacturing before sending your slippers to customers???

Hi Geordie thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear there was excess leather on a seam inside your slipper. We do check each pair of slippers when they arrive, but we don't try them on bare feet for reasons of hygiene. This may have been a pair that slipped through our net. Luxury slippers treat
