I purchased the glass pumpkin shape bottle of pumpkin spice soap and it smells and looks amazing!
Customer services very so friendly and helpful in supplying another dispenser (arrived within 2 days) as my one sadly broke from amazon’s lack of packaging. They have good quality products who are also environmentally friendly and very polite. Overall I’ve found this to be a brilliant first experience with this company and will most likely purchase more in the future as a treat to myself and gifts to others.

Took a friend back after my first visit, very disappointing, we both had the Frittata, more of a snack than lunch and no real deserts other than cakes. Bought two cards which I loved but expensive as was the sugar scrub.

Lovely products, excellent value and beautifully packaged. Gave as gifts for birthdays and very well received. I will be buying more items. Love the hand cream especially.

So happy to have found this company. Found the site by chance and bought lots of stuff in the sale. It arrived within 36 hours of placing the order and was packed superbly. The products are delightful, smell beautiful without being overpowering and have a classiness to them. What a great little find. I love this company. I bought several items on 2nd December 2023. They were all above what I'd expected, were safely and securely packaged and arrived in super quick time. I was so impressed that I placed a second order on 14th December 2023 and again was not disappointed. I was very disappointed .The verbena candle and room infuser are unpleasant smelling and are nothing like verbena which normally find gorgeous .The lavender soap smells of little at all-again normally a favourite of mine. The sandalwood soap is similarly disappointing The only thing I like is the verbena soap on a rope.I feel I have wasted an awful lot of money.

I purchased some hand cream from here - selected Verbena and also Rose scented hand cream.
The website was easy to navigate, clear descriptions and I loved that products are cruelty free!
Items arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and the handcream smells AMAZING!!!
Very reasonable price for a luxurious feeling and smelling hand cream and I can't wait to try the other scents and products!

I love the Somerset Toiletry products. I’ve purchased room diffusers that smell gorgeous. I particularly like the beauty of bath diffusers, they smell great and last a really long time!
The hand soap is great & have bought bath bombs as gifts. I tend to buy directly from their shop which is a lovely place to have a coffee with friends and the cakes are delicious.
Would definitely recommend.

I took my mum here for a belated mother's day lunch - it was everything we wanted.

We were welcomed & shown to a table. We both enjoyed our food. The sweet potato & feta tart was particularly yummy.

The cafe gave a lovely atmosphere - not too noisy so we could enjoy a conversation together.

We will definitely return to try the gorgeous cakes.

Shop onsite also stocked a vast range of products.

My order arrived very quickly and in a lovely box. It all smells amazing, especially the Repair the Air Diffuser! Will be shopping again 😊

One soap and hand cream, virtually no smell. Two soaps supposed to be floral, smell like lemon washing up liquid. Cheap nasty made to look nice.

These were presents but cant possibly give them. Ive just binned £17. BEWARE

I was really looking forward to my verbena scented products from this company which were supposed to be a Christmas treat for the family, which did arrive in good time. However I was extremely disappointed as all of them had only a slight hint of a scent, slightly of lemon. Verbena, however, is a strong ‘lemony’ scent, but it is not quite like lemon - it is a much deeper fragrance and even more lovely than lemon. I have had products from France in the past and from the UK which were strongly scented of verbena and really fabulous. Because of the reviews (on their own website) I had high hopes that there would be no problems with this company‘s products. However I would send all five of them back (room scent, shower wash, hand wash, candle and ‘Christmas pine’ hand wash - also disappointingly faint and slightly disinfectant like!) if I could be bothered and to pay presumably the high cost of postage for a fairly large and heavy package. I shall put this mistake down to experience and never buy more than one product at a time from a new company!

I have not called yet to explain my disappointment and I don’t think it would be worth it as I have seen a response on Trust pilot to somebody who expressed the same very faint scent issue, suggesting that they hadn’t used the product properly!

The Baylis and Harding grapefruit scented hand wash I buy in Morrison’s for £2 has a similar strength scent.

Needless to say I do not recommend this company‘s products and shall not be buying any products from them in the future.

I’m absolutely loving The Somerset Toiletry Company. A friend recently gave me some Lily of the Valley hand cream. Unlike many hand creams, it absorbs quickly, with no stickiness and has a lovely fragrance. When I’d used it all, I assumed it would be too expensive to replace. Later, out of curiosity, I looked on line and found it was only £3.95. A little goes a long way, so I bought three and ended up giving them as presents to two delighted friends and my mum, who loved it too. I was even happier to find other fragrances: Lavender and Lemon Verbena.

The Somerset Toiletry Company’s service is fast, efficient and personalised. I was even more impressed to find the packaging, which looks like polystyrene, is biodegradable, dissolves in water and can be put on the garden! Very impressed all round and would totally recommend this company and product!

Bought two moisturisers for Mothers Day and they generously included a smaller third moisturiser. Good service and quick delivery.

Other beauty businesses such as The Body Shop and Lush could learn a thing or two from Someset Toiletries, speedy delivery and good, fairly priced products. Well done!
