I will only buy cruelty free products and will only buy from UK companies, who produce the majority of their goods in the UK. I like good quality products and value for money with a good choice of fragrances. I also appreciate good customer services and well packed and prompt delivery of goods. The Somerset Toiletry Company ticks all the boxes and I will be a regular customer from now on.

Beautiful products, would prefer eco friendly packaging
Beautiful products, yet to open as they are birthday presents, but they smell amazing through the packaging! Have used before and hand cream is the best I've ever used. Body cream fragrance goes on forever. Would have preferred more environmentally friendly packaging (shredded paper instead of polystyrene nuggets, which smelt strongly of chemicals and will end up in landfill) which would seem more in tune with company's excellent ethos. Would also be more appealling to send to eco-conscious relatives as gifts if recycled packaging used.

I love the hand cream. one of the best I have tried at a reasonable price
One thing I would like would be more variety in the packs. All three that I purchased had the same selection.

Somerset Grapefruit and Orange duos very popular with our family !
I have bought Somerset Grapefruit and Orange Hand Wash and Hand Lotion, presented in a Hand Care Caddy. On the first occasion I bought 2 sets; my entire family of many ages from 70's to the 3 year old, all love the soap particularly..."because it makes my hands smell of lovely oranges". Our youngest grandchildren wash their hands with great enthusiasm. I have ordered sets for all of our children and grandchildren as one of their Christmas presents !
