I had a small problem with 1 plant out of the 3 I ordered but it was sorted very quickly and much to my satisfaction.
The whole experience from ordering to delivery was very good, the plants were extremely well packaged.

The plants I ordered arrived within a few days of ordering. They were extremely well packaged and protected. Considering they were sent through the post they were in prime condition. In fact looked a lot better than plants you could buy from a store. Very high quality!

The ONLY reason it’s not 5 star is because the items were left visible outside my front door when I’d requested them to be left inside the side gate I had left open.

So worth it! I bought this as a present for my friends birthday and it delivered straight to her door step in great condition. My friend was over the moon with excitement with her new plant! The price was such a good deal for such a big plant - I believe it was the cheapest I could find online for that size.

I was hunting around for a nice present to send my son who just joined University of Edinburgh as a 1st year undergraduate and came across an offer via the Times Newspaper to send plants by post. The selection process was painless and within a few days of purchasing the plant from the Stem website my son received his new plant.
