Delivery was a bit delayed but you can't blame The Stem, the plant I received was healthy and obviously cared after. Instructions on how to care for my plant were included along with online tutorials.

Overall I'm very satisfied.

The notes on the site seem to relate directly to the batch of plants you're purchasing which is so refreshing and more like shopping for specific plants than reading a vague species description.

The prices are great for the quality, the delivery was quick and painless, the packaging was perfect for minimizing mess and all easily recyclable and the plants themselves arrived in perfect condition and are extremely healthy.

Some stores send out plants on the brink of death or runts that weren't looked after as seedlings bought cheap, dressed in a fancy vase that only last two weeks for twice the price, but you can tell these were all well looked after all through early growing and were responsibly sourced by people that care about plants.

Looking forward to shopping with Stem again and watching these grow strong, thanks for your hard work and delivering genuinely beautiful plants, not just a beautiful product.

I fully recommend The Stem. We ordered a plant and the courier got delayed and damaged sadly the plant; we reported this to The Stem Team whom sent a replacement instantly and with a beautiful plant.
