Absolutely brilliant service from arranging initial meeting through to installation and hand over. Team where attentive and listened to our needs .. matched the stove to suit our needs and installation day was easy and clean .. team are incredibly polite and attentive .. but the wood too it’s fabulous

Had our log burner installed 3rd and 4th July 2023, the installation involved removing and replacing an existing gas fire. The preparation and execution of the installation was professional, efficient, courteous and extremely informative.
We have had to have a couple of fires on already as we absolutely love our new addition that gives off a totally different type of heat to conventional central heating, the log burner heat hugs you and is ideal accompaniment to a cosy night in.

We are delighted with our new stove from Stoveco. The work removing the old fireplace and installing the new stove was done quickly and efficiently. I had restored a Victorian fire surround myself, which was then fitted expertly, along with a very neat bespoke metal surround. The oiled slate hearth finished it off perfectly.

Top service from initial consult all the way through to the actual install. The guys did a great job widening my fireplace and fitting the new stove. Thanks for a top quality service!

Well worth the wait. This is the second stove we’ve purchased from Stoveco and would highly recommend them. Very good service from start to finish, keeping us informed of delivery dates etc. The installation only took one day and they were very professional, we were very impressed with how much care and attention they took laying floor protection in our newly renovated house. The modern stove is amazing as it doesn’t need much wood to produce a lot of long lasting heat.

I had a wood burning stove installed by Stoveco in may-23. The whole team was excellent at installation and all the communication leading up to the site visit and finally installation. I was very happy with their service.

We had our stove installed a few weeks ago and cannot rate Stoveco enough, excellent job, grate knowledgeable tradesmen who discussed every part of the installation with us. Were very tidy and put protective materials on our floors and furniture. Tidied any mess away each day. Would highly recommend!

This is the second wood burning stove we've had installed by Stoveco. The first was a straightforward install into our converted garage, so the site was clear and the main complication was in fitting a new flue through the roof. This new one is in our front room and involved removal of the old fireplace and relining of the chimney. Stoveco have done a great job and we are very pleased with the tidy finish. They were friendly and easy to deal with when taking us through all the complicated options, with a good range of stoves to view in their showroom. Would recommend.

Well, here is the story
Attended at the showroom, travelled an hour down to be met by a very young staff member on her own, she stated she knew nothing, she couldn’t help, and no advice, ok fair enough people are new
I then booked an actually visit through the booking system, I must have received about 10 reminder alerts of this ( slight overkill ) however then went ahead with the appointment
Met with the owner I’m going to say, went through what we wanted, now in huge writing on the website it clearly says price match we won’t be beaten
Yea this doesn’t happen, quote came in was a good £3 grand more than our current company Andrew Soutar in Forfar, then told some discounts can be made taking the wood offer off ( this must cost money ) still no where near our current price
Left with some thoughts, started going over things asked for a comparison to the stove we are actually getting, then to be quoted on a cheaper stove with not the same capacity as the one we have picked, asked again to be price matched ( as the website clearly states ) with the stove we have picked or similar, and nothing no reply to emails, no response, then to get several follow up calls asking if we want to take the quote, this has continued follow up calls, and still none of my emails replied to and no quote received
I never wanted a cheaper quote but don’t advertise price match when you don’t!
Be prepared to be quoted atleast £10 grand minimum, better out there and companies that actually reply to you! Poor service

We would highly recommend Stove Co, from the first appointment through to site visit and installation, all was carried out very professionally. All personnel were courteous and knowledgeable. There was no mess made during installation and our home was left as found, now extremely warm and cosy.

Stoveco supplied and installed our Contura wood burning stove just before winter 2022. The whole process from initial enquiry to installation was informative, friendly and professional. The installation team ( Stoveco employees ) fitted the stove and chimney flue in one day leaving our home as they found it. The work was completed within the quotation given, no additional charges. Delighted with the performance of the stove as well as the service we have enjoyed from Stoveco. We highly recommend Stoveco.

I think it was only about 8 weeks from contact to install - and having now had it running for 2 weeks, we couldn't be happier with the stove.

Stoveco installed two stoves for us. They are experts and it really shows. Everything is carefully considered and they keep all disruption to an absolute minimum. The whole experience was smooth and completely stress free. They installed two Dean Forge stoves which are excellent.

These days it’s so refreshing to deal with with a company that places value on looking after its customers and has offered excellent post installation advice.
